As far as help and assistance they do a really good job but one thing I don’t like is the multiplier (X) is used on the extra chance amount instead of the base spin. So if you are trying to do challenges and u hit a 1000x but on a boosted spin it’s only a 250x or a 333x. Just gotta be careful they will give u big wins then u wont hit anything for a month. If you love gambling I highly recommend just be careful.

I believe that this company is doing a great job by giving it the fun aspect. I hate the changes that have came about whereas I was making a certain amount and I was able to get the bonus and redeem most of the bonuses now all of a sudden is hard to get the bonuses. It’s a little hard to get any of the codes for existing customers and now you have to have $50 or more in winnings in order to cash out, but I do love the fact that they cash out immediately and you receive your funds immediately I just wish that whatever Fri spins that they had may be back in 2025 that they will allow them to go with 2026, but other than that great place to play a game great casino without having to go to the casino

This was the first online gaming I downloaded, even though when I started I was depositing quite often I still was able to either break even or win. I haven’t won anything with Stake in months, Because when I started depositing more couldn’t win anything or even go to the bonus games. Now for some reason the games I were winning off they took them out of my region. Seems strange. Then I spoke with customer support and ask about the sweepstakes envelope entry and they were trying to make it seem as if it didn’t take long to process. Well I have done over 350 entries since the beginning of 2026 and they haven’t credited my account for not one. It’s really frustrating because they never seem to have an answer and I have spent a lot of time and money on stamps, index cards and envelopes. I really need my approvals done.
