Amazing customer service
We bought 2 large plain green wreaths for our gates, 2 x 2.7 metre pre lit green garlands and 2 sets of super bright cluster lights in warm white for our front door garlands. Unreal value, everything was half price. The quality is superb, not one criticism here. Garlands are good bulky quality with lots of lights (battery operated) and we decorated them with little white and gold baubles and bells from Woodies, it’s slaying hard draped along the bottom of the balustrades on our stairs. The large wreaths we decorated and wrapped them in lights, they are the same good quality with strong metal framing.

Not happy with the Christmas tree but very impressed with customer service
Bought a Christmas tree, lights, and a Christmas ornament. The Christmas tree I acknowledge was on offer at half-price but is of very poor quality and wasnt even worth what I paid for it. Some of the branches have came out of it already. Lights and the ornament were in perfect condition. Very disappointed with the tree, really sorry I bought it.
To add Stakelums refunded me the price of the tree which was very decent and excellent customer service. Only for being prompted by an email to write a review I would have just replaced the tree and cut my losses. Thank you stakelum, much appreciate the refund.
I still would only give a 1 star review for the tree but I am now editing my review to a 5 star for excellent customer service. I would never have looked for a refund nor even complained only for the feedback prompt. Very impressed with the kind gesture.

Needed a set of drill powered brushes to give my chimneys a good clean before winter use. Stakelums were competitively priced so I ordered a set. Ordered Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning, I'd call that next day delivery. Can't ask better than that. Would buy again.
