I was unable to locate my emails from Stan.Store and had to reach out, as they were no where to be found even after checking my junk/spam folder. I got a response within 10 mins from someone willing to help. I was able to find the emails and all is right with the world now. Thank you Support~

Stan Store customer services are up there with the best I have ever experienced. Their replies are so prompt, and I wasn’t expecting it. The issue I had was resolved within half a day. Shout out to Darrie in particular, who was an absolute diamond and incredibly supportive.

Horrible Customization. $99 a month is too expensive for the limited feature set.
Went from the $29 a month to $99 a month just to be able to add the FB pixel. It was the only feature I needed so had to pay an additional $70 a month.
Turns out it's on for all products no matter what. If you want to track conversions with a FB Campaign on specific products... you can't. It says any product, free or paid, is a conversion.
It will not train the FB algorithm correctly.
It's a really easy thing to program, but like a lot of issues we've had, they are not going to implement anything in a timely manner or guarantee it will be added.
Unfortunately, like a lot of companies that grow too fast, they focus on integrations and maximizing their customer growth and the growth of the core functionality suffers. Ugh.
Same with customizing the look and colors of your store. It's exceedingly limited, especially if you're looking to have a quality, sophisticated store. Great for coaching and bro colors, but not for artists who need a specific look.
We do not recommend StanStore.

I really love Stan Store! The interface is super visual and intuitive, making the experience very enjoyable for managing my online store. Everything is centralized, easy to follow, and convenient for my customers as well.

Stan has changed my life. I have my doctorate degree and decided to stay at home with both of my kids after my second was born but Stan has made it possible for me to share my knowledge and passion for my career while still being home. I’m so grateful for this app. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it crashes sometimes on both my computer and phone!

OLIVIA made my experience great. I tangled up my passwords, emails and user ID. I couldn’t rember which one I used and I was paying the subscription and I couldn’t log in. 😔
I reluctantly reached out to the Stan Support Team. Olivia responded quicker than I expected, explained what she saw and provided instructions. Since, I’m not tech savvy, I probably did something wrong but it didn’t work. I was defeated.
Later I checked my inbox and who did I see, my guardian angel. She had taken a closer look and gave me further instructions. I even learned what cleaning my cache and cookies meant via YouTube. She was a Godsend and now I’m in!!!! Yay!!!! Thanks again Olivia!!!
