Ruin the sticker if you try to peel it off the background. They don't know how to do a kiss cut at all (the cut is not deep enough) so the stickers take extraordinary effort bending and scraping to get off the back. In all cases we tried, the sticker was damaged. They are useless to us going in the trash, sorry.
