Excellent Customer Service

Ordered an electric fence energiser through Amazon which stopped working after 60 days. Contacted Stands-Out from whom it was purchased, they responded to my e mail within hours, suggesting possible causes which I tried and they failed to resolve the problem fed this back and again they responded within hours requesting it back for testing and again once they had the faulty energiser apologised and confirmed it was faulty and would send me a new replacement. Amazing customer service. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this Company – Stands-Out.

Honoring Amazon warranty 🧡

Purchased an electric fence energiser from Stands Out (via Amazon). The energiser failed with an intermittent problem after the initial Amazon guarantee period, often a problem.
Contacted them and after answering their questions, they replace the faulty energiser. 100% recommended.
