Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I returned my stanley as I was not happy with it. I reached out to them to let them know that I no longer have my original payment as it was a gift card, they told me that they would reach out to me so I can use a different method of payment. Never heard from them. I called them again and they said there is nothing they can do and wont give me my money.

Dec 08 order - no shipping or refund

I placed order on Dec 08, 2025 for one Quencher, well in advance for a Christmas gift to arrive. Today, on Feb 06, 2026 I am writing this review with neither product received nor refund received. I have been writing emails to almost everyday from the two tickets raised through helpdesk form available on website. But with NO RESPONSE since two months. They have not refund me as well after numerous emails. NEVER BUY ANYTHING.. waste of money
Order is still showing paid and Unfulfilled on website

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a personalized stanley cup for a birthday gift. Immediately after the order, I reached out asking if they could simply not include the invoice/price paid in the package because it was a gift. The answer was no, they could not. I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager in multiple follow up emails. Do you think anyone responded after that? NO! No response. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Oh and the delivery was late. I am still trying to find contact information for someone who could take feedback but Stanley prefers to ignore customer emails. I have sent several emails. Still no response. I will not do business with Stanley again.

Disappointed Customer

I ordered the Cheers & Cheer The Aerolight Transit Mug 16oz on 31 December 2025. I then received an email from Stanley Australia 5 days later advising that the item was sold out and they were no longer able to fulfill my order. I expect there are a lot of disappointed customers. Very poor form from a company like Stanley Australia.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered 2 parcels. One on the 2nd December and one on 3rd December. The one on the 3rd December came really quickly. The one on the 2nd I have never experience so many problems with a company to get my parcel. The worst part is, I tried to reach out to them on instagram DMs but did not get a response, so I commented on their most recent post asking them to help me and advising others of their poor customer service. Another instagram user replied to my comment calling me a ‘dirty liar’. The company liked his comment!!!! It’s only when I submitted a charge back through my bank, I got my order. My advice would be to not buy directly through them and use other places like John Lewis or JD who are faster with delivery and actually have a trained customer service team who will help with something goes wrong.

I ordered three mugs with engraving on…

I ordered three mugs with engraving on sale. The kids were happy and chose their own engravings. The mugs arrived without engravings, and the kids were all crying and hysterical. They're angry and now they don't want the mugs. I'm writing to the store, but they're doing nothing. I'm very upset and angry. The kids' gifts are ruined. Order number was 11777423

A new thermos free of cost after 21 years!

I bought a Stanley thermos 21 years ago. The lid began to leak a few weeks ago, so I made a video, and submitted the information (serial no. etc) required, and asked for a new lid. They surprised me by sending me a brand new thermos...and not just to a US address....they shipped it UPS to a Canadian address. When the package arrived today I thought, that's a little overkill on box size, for a small cap. Then I opened it! I love you Stanley!

Stanley BUYER BEWARE

My Stanley fatmax Hedger was purchased approx. 3 years ago. Unfortunately it failed to operate after 3 years of good operation.
Breaking is not the issue but I would expect to be able to obtain parts and have it fixed.
After several months of correspondence with Stanley support on where and how to have it repaired, I eventually received an email telling me..
'Our team has confirmed that SFMCSTB933 units are replaced under warranty, which means individual spare parts are not held for this model 🤯🤯WTH!
To ensure accuracy, our service team also checked with our specialists, and these units are designed as complete assemblies, so no parts are manufactured for repair. This approach helps maintain product integrity and performance standards'.
This makes no sense and is a waste of resources and YOUR hard earned money.
The above facts were not obvious on purchase.

Shameful - a waste of time and energy …

I simply wanted to know where I could buy a replacement seal/gasket for their .5 litre food flask. I had bought what I thought would be a good replacement from Amazon but it leaked a bit. The flask is still in v good condition so on grounds of expense of buying a new one and for environmental reasons I thought I'd contact Stanley. I wish I'd never bothered.
They told me that only received part of my email?? I had told them that did not want to claim under warranty
and why. The repeated their request for info whilst ignoring my request - totally inept? disinterested? or both? I have no idea but I know that the replacement I buy will not be made by any part of the group that owns this company. Their marketing dept does function - received a marketing email from them which just wound me up - of course unsubscribed (not that I did so in the first place) and deleted. The flask will now go to my local recycling centre. The company asked for customer service feedback. I don't know why as it seems clear from seeing the percentage of negative feedback that they are not interested in learning/improving customer services.

I bought 5 pieces of Stanley 17 oz…

I bought 5 pieces of Stanley 17 oz about 20 years ago and I’m still loving it until now everyday uses. I use for coffee and teas and they keeping hot all day long. Simple design and last for your entire life.

Stanley Thirst Quencher 40 oz defective & warranty scam

I have been a life time user of Stanley products and have had a Stanley Thirst Quencher 40 oz for a short time. In that time I used it regularly with only a few scuffs on the bottom. Then the handle broke off. With a background in welding I noticed that the spot welds that hold the the handle on snapped off. This is due to a "cold weld" during the manufacturing process.
After contacting customer service at Stanley they understood the problem yet would not honor the lifetime warranty as stated on their website.
I will never buy a Stanley product again because of their lack of quality control and their warranty statement scam ! They lost a life time customer and every one I talk to about my experience with their product and their customer service department.

The thermos we bought 50 years ago was…

The thermos we bought 50 years ago was replaced with a new one under Stanley Center warranty. I recommend this brand that I have been using for years to everyone and I thank the authorities very much. (The only bad thing is that the distributor in Türkiye, "Kutupayısı", never got back to us.)

NOOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have a 1 qt thermos that someone gave me unfortunately I found the reason they gave it to me was as soon as you put hot anything in it the outside gets hot, translation..... no vacuum
And there is no remedy because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
You can call you can text it doesn't matter you will never receive a reply.
