From start to finish the project went very well. Paul, the sales rep was very knowledgeable, detailed and honest. Greg, the technician who installed the chairlift was very professional and paid attention to every detail of the installation. Love the chairlift, style, gears & mechanisms hidden. Great job and product.

I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with. Your sales rep was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions without pushing us to buy. The installer was fast, efficient & very calmly explained the chair to my Mom. He stayed with her until she was somewhat comfortable. First class all around.

The system was installed in less than one day. My top tread cracked, however it does not affect operation. The lift works smoothly snd quietly. I note a large box hanging from the left armrest, which seems strange. Overall, after one week of service (nam pleased with the purchase.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. This included the salesman,Gene and the installer. The only problem was that I was not left with any paper that stated I had paid for the item and what the warranty included. I also had to call for a booklet that included all the directions and what to do with any problems. I did call and received that information in the mail. I love the stair lift and would recommend your company.

I am very happy I chose Stannah for my new stairlift. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish, I would like to especially thank Jamie Smith for being so kind and patient and helpful in explaining everything to me, and Jeff Jacobs the installer for doing such a careful installation and taking the time to show me how to use the stairlift safely, this stairlift has made my life much easier and I am relieved to be able to go up and down the stairs without pain, with bold assurance I recommend Stannah thank you all for your excellent service

I was especially impressed with Ryan in inhouse sales He kept me apprised of each step as I was hospitalized during the time of trying to put everything together during the whole process. He was right there to answer all my questions.

Everything about the entire process was excellent. The delivery and installation went very well. A shout out to Jeff and Joe for their excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation. So far the chairlift is working excellent.

Trust your gut. These guys are honest and reliable. From the time Steve visited my moms house to the time they installed they communicated and were very professional. They work with March of Dimes and are very patient. No pressure sells.
I love having the double rail for security and safeness and the chair is nice also which neatly folds away. I like that it is also a Canadian product if ever we need maintenance. parts are readily available.

I/we chose Stannah for its excellent reputation, and since then my entire experience with Stannah has been outstanding. Our sales person, Michelle, was wonderful, extremely knowledgable about the company, the chairlifts, and pros/cons of placement, which enabled an almost immediate decision to move forward on 2 lifts. Nathan our scheduler was able to answer any further questions/concerns about the installation. Our installers Josh and Matt, were excellent: extremely respectful of our home on a snowy day, and working quietly and efficiently on the install. They carefully explained the workings on the chair until I was comfortable, and provided materials and explanations for everything else I needed know. The install overall was very smooth, the installers genuinely nice, home &white carpet remained clean and neat, and the stair lifts work beautifully. I am so impressed by every aspect of the company, excellent product and the genuine and caring people. Very impressive -- Thanks to all!
