Sensibility to judder
Being fairly slender I find the judder of the rack-and-pinion system physically rather irritating. Perhaps this could be reduced by offering a suitably shaped, firm foam or rubber-filled seat cushion.

Think very hard before investing with Stannah
10 weeks ago I had an invoice sent to me for the next years worth of Gold 5 star service approx £900. I asked a simple question, why on Stannahs website is this Gold star service advertised at £489 whilst mine is over £900?
I’m still waiting for an answer despite having followed up by phone 3x
The Gold star service says “no need to worry about maintenance we will manage it for you” another joke no maintenance visits on last contract so what’s the incentive for me to renew?
I scheduled a service visit and the engineers are wonderful people it’s a pity their backup administration and management arent so!

A good job.
Engineer was friendly, efficient and informative. He arrived on time and was done in about 2 and a 1/2 hours. Lift works smoothly and fairly quietly. Altogether a very good and enjoyable experience.
