Terrible everything Do NOT fall for it all

Terrible everything. Could not have had a worse experience with arrival and departure. DO NOT entertain this so called company. Don’t believe me? Review company house, his name, let alone so called safe meet and greet. A total disgrace to so called British businesses.

From the information that you have provided we believe that you were a customer of one of the following, Prime Meet & Greet, Park Spot Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Just Meet & Greet, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride or Swift Meet and Greet. The product name you purchased is Stansted Meet & Greet Parking and this is where the confusion starts. They have done this in a deliberate attempt to masquerade as ourselves in order to deflect any bad publicity from themselves. We have received many communications from customers who have had similar experiences as yourself. Essex Police and Uttlesford District Council are building a case against these rogue companies and our advice would be to contact both of them as well as Trading Standards. There has been extremely bad press about these companies since before Easter 2025. They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others. The people in charge of these companies are, Aurangzaib Cheema, Mohammed Saqib, Tahir Kumar Paji, Khuram Shazad, Ateeq ur Rehman, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. Horrible parking

We were really disappointed with this place. One at to airport they made the shuttle bus wait over half an hour only for people to be standing up driving to the airport, the driver was driving so fast and quite erratic luckily noone fell and hurt themselves.
They had charged an additional £20 for entrance and exit I to the carpark, only to be then dropped off by the Radisson hotel which is only a short walk from the airport but we paid to be dropped off outside the airport..
On way back, we called as we were told to buy still had to wait over an hour for the shuttle bus as the only driver they had was on a "taco break". Travelling with children and our elderly dad we decided to take a taxi to the car park which cost us an additional £40!
On return to the car- the car was left in such a dirty state inside and out! It was like they had been really driving the car around, mud everywhere!
Really disappointed, wont be using them again and I really do not recommend anyone else to either!

Worst parking ever!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this airport parking service and would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

We arrived at the car park on Monday at around 5:00 pm and had already paid £60 for the parking. When we checked in, we were told that the shuttle bus to Stansted Airport was unavailable because of heavy traffic. The staff member at the counter told us to book an Uber instead. The fare was around £45, and the wait time was over 20 minutes. As we had a flight departing at 6:00 pm, this was not a practical option.

After repeatedly requesting assistance, the staff member finally said that one of their employees, who introduced himself as Shahid, would drive us to the airport in our own car. He dropped us off at the Radisson Blu near Stansted Airport. At the end of the journey, he asked me to pay £7.50 for parking. I didn’t have cash, so he gave me his bank details and asked me to transfer the money. I found this very unusual and suspicious.

When I returned to collect my car, there was again a long wait for the shuttle. I complained to the staff about the poor service and explained that their driver had asked me for money. I showed them the video I had recorded while being dropped off because I had felt something wasn’t right. I also showed them the bank details the driver had given me. The staff appeared surprised and gave conflicting information about the driver’s identity. First, they said his name was Asad, then after seeing the video they said it was Shahid.

What shocked me even more was that a member of staff told me the person who drove my car did not have a driving licence. If this is true, it is extremely serious. I was completely stunned that someone without a valid licence could be allowed to drive a customer’s vehicle.

When I inspected my car, I found the fuel level had dropped from the level I had photographed before leaving to almost empty. In addition, a perfume worth approximately £200 was missing from the car. On the drive home, I also noticed that the car was not driving properly, which has left me concerned that something may have happened while it was in their care.

Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an airport parking company. The poor organisation, long waits, being asked for extra money, the conflicting explanations from staff, and the condition of my car when it was returned have completely destroyed my confidence in this business.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your vehicle and want peace of mind while travelling, I suggest choosing a different airport parking provider

get these guys shut down

get these guys shut down, total scam, everyone should report by going on uttesford council website and searching for report aiport car park issue

Take you car key park your car somewhere else, use the fuel, hidden charges, take cash without receipt, scratched dirty car on return. Proper geezers hard avoid. The looking4 website is also a scam, no contact number.

They are one of many in Uttesford council area. Just don't book with them, they take you car keys, charge you an airport levy but don't go to the actual airport and charge you if you are not on your time. If you are reporting them to action fraud they say it is a civil matter APPART from the fact they charge you a levy which they do not pay worth reporting that and HMRC for TAX fraud. Only way these clowns will get shut down is if you report everything you can.

You are reviewing the wrong company. Please read the details below. Having checked our records it appears that you were not a customer of ours. From the information that you have provided we believe that you were a customer of one of the following, Prime Meet & Greet, Park Spot Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride or Swift Meet and Greet. It has even reached the national press and been subject to reports on the BBC. They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others. The people in charge of these companies are Tahir Kumar Paji, Khuram Shazad, Ateeq ur Rehman, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. All four are aware that they are not running a legitimate service. Their latest exploits have reached the national press: https://www.theguardian.com/money/2026/jun/01/cheap-parking-stansted-airport-hundreds-pounds-meet-greet Also see Watchdog on The One Show from 03/06/26. They do not have any insurance cover to drive customer vehicles and they do not have planning permission from Uttlesford District Council for Airport related parking. Uttlesford District Council informed us on the 15th that they have issued an enforcement notice requiring them to vacate their illegal parking site. The company falsely advertise secure parking. Often vehicles are parked on the side of roads, keys are left in the boot of a customer's car which is not locked and they use customers vehicles to ferry their own members of staff to and from their illegal site. Their hub is the Terminus Car Park, Terminus Street, Harlow. They also use fields at The Nook Farm Industrial Estate, Bury Lodge Lane, Burton End and at New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham. They also run a Park & Ride Service from New Farm, Elsenham called New Farm Parking. They operate a 17 seater minibus, hired from a company in Rochdale called Rentruck. Drivers do not have the necessary license to drive such a vehicle. We have footage of cars parked on residential streets around Stansted and reports from local residents. We would be glad to provide this to you should you wish to view it. Many recents posts have also appeared on local Facebook community pages. We are receiving daily complaints from customers who have suffered the same experiences as yourself. You would need to make your complaint with the booking agent but it is likely that any complaint will be ignored. If this is the case we would advise contacting your credit / debit card provider in order to issue a chargeback. If you were to make a dummy booking you will see that their product name states Stansted Meet & Greet Parking. We hope that the above information is helpful to you. We would be pleased to discuss this matter with you further. If you would like to do so please call us in 0203 370 4220 between 09.00 - 18.00 every day of the week. It’s crooked

Surcharge hidden. Long wait. Owner at the pick up point delivering terrible service in face of 20 face to face negative complaints. Not even bought people water from the hotel. Some waiting over an hour. Apparently a BbC documentary shamed them (hansour Kahn?) last week. Thick skinned. Doesn’t give a shizen about us. Can’t believe rating is as high as 1.6. Not offering an uber to us. His sole driver on a lunch break at Burger King at 330pm!!! We are told we have to wait. Dreadful end to a holiday.

poor communication, quite rude, and long delays…

poor communication and long delays transferring vehicle back to me. I regretted using this service and wish I had just paid for long stay car park to be honest as it would have been quicker. £13 charge in short stay when you meet them and another £13 when they finally (hour wait) bring it back, so overall I did not save me money or make my journey easier. Drivers are quite rude too if I am honest. Don't assist with luggage, just throw a key and disappear without a word, so please do not use if you need support.

EDIT: Really sorry if I have left this for the wrong company, I clicked a link on my booking email so perhaps take it up with them as that's causing you the issue. Company I used and wasn't happy with for clarity are: Stansted Meet & Greet: +447751482588 Direct Office Helpline Number: +442080982540

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately for me I didn't see the reviews before booking this service and they did not dissapoint on earning the 1 star.
I missed my flight because the wait time for a car to take me to the airport was over an hour.
It's seems to be a very disorganised family business. I meet people there who waited longer than I did. Communication is difficult because I dont think they understand what is being said half the time.
I'm surprised they are even liked on a comparison site. They should be closed down
Upon returning to the uk I had another 45 minutes wait to go the 8 minutes drive to the parking lot.

Sorry!

Initially wrote a 1 star review as this company has been linked to the one I used!

After a reply from the manager who explained the misunderstanding, I wanted to apologise.

The company I used go by multiple names (similar to the name of this one) to get away with what they are doing.

The one to avoid is operating from: 6 Stansted Rd, Elsenham, Bishop's Stortford CM22 6LJ.

Again want to apologise for the confusion!

Parking

I have to say my experience with the meet & greet parking was not that bad. As this was my first time using Stansted Airport & it only being a 30 minute drive from my home, I decided to use this facility & drive myself to the airport. Apart from 1 member of staff when I actually parked my car where I was told to, who actually grumpily told me to move it further forward until he put his hand up to stop me, not leaving much room for the car in front of my car to get their luggage out of their car, the rest of the experience was ok. On my return, as I was in a wheelchair being pushed by a porter, they actually brought my car from where it was left during my holiday to nearer to where I was. I must say though that as it is called Meet & Greet parking, I did expect to be met as I parked & my car brought to me upon my return. But you have to actually take your keys into a reception area with a slip of paper the guy directing parking gives you, you are then given a small card in exchange for your keys, that you hand back into the reception desk in order to retrieve your keys upon your return, & would be expected to walk to a parking area to collect your car.

Hi it’s appears that you have reviewed the wrong company. It looks like you used Stansted Airport Meet & Greet. You should post your review to Stanstedairport.com.

We are the original meet & greet service and this is where the confusion arises. Stansted Airport did not commence their service until 5 years after ours but use s similar name. As the original service we have the original name.

I hope this makes sense.

If you would like to discuss further please do not hesitate calling me on 0203 370 4220.

Kind regards,

0/5 – Avoid this meet and greet service

I would strongly advise anyone considering this meet and greet service to avoid it. My experience at Stansted Airport was unacceptable from start to finish and completely undermined the convenience and efficiency that this type of service is supposed to offer.

I landed at 1:02am and contacted the company immediately, exactly as instructed. I was told passport control and baggage collection would take around 35 minutes, which should have given them more than enough time to have my vehicle ready. Instead, I was left waiting until approximately 2:25am for my car to be returned — over 1 hour and 20 minutes after notifying them of my arrival.

What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. During the delay, I made repeated calls to both the mobile and office numbers for updates. Calls were ignored, left ringing, or I was placed on hold without any meaningful information. On more than one occasion I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. At no stage was I given an honest or helpful update about when my car would actually arrive.

This was especially distressing because I am diabetic and was travelling in the early hours of the morning with my grandson and my pregnant daughter-in-law. Being left stranded at the airport at that time of night, with no clear information and no support, caused significant stress and inconvenience.

When the driver finally arrived, his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than apologising or trying to resolve the issue, he simply said it was not his responsibility and told me to complain to the company. He was unable or unwilling to provide any proper complaint details and left before the matter could be discussed.

I am also concerned by the lack of transparency in the booking process. The confirmation email did not clearly set out the terms and conditions or provide a clear complaints procedure, making it unnecessarily difficult to understand customer rights or raise concerns afterwards.

A meet and greet service is sold on convenience, efficiency and peace of mind. This service delivered the exact opposite: long delays, poor organisation, no accountability and appalling communication. Based on my experience, I would never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Appalling - avoid

Appalling! Told would need to wait up to an hour for car due to lack of drivers (this was at 2.30am), got a call to say car ready only for them to tell me someone else had collected my car!! Turns out they was using surnames rather than vehicle regs and it was someone else’s car i’d been called about, mine was still stuck in storage! Finally arrived just after an hours wait but I was one of the lucky ones, people there had been waiting over an hour and half. There was people everywhere and getting really irate. Staff didn’t know what was going on and one told us this happens most days so please complain as it’s only way management will listen and get more staff in. Would never use again!
