This was the first time I have used this company. The staff was great, didn't have to wait long to be served. Received email and text my glasses were ready, when I arrived only one pair was there instead of two.
Price sale was great 2 for 1 but not enough choices on frames for women on the lower end. It would be nice to do bundles or included on add on as that was expensive. Example: prescription distance, antiglare, polarized, etc. It was a different experience to speak with the optician on a computer instead of in person.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical in Altamonte Springs. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions, made the eye exam easy, and helped me find glasses that fit my needs. The service was fast, and everyone made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

Everything was good with my order, but my wife went on the website a couple days later to put in an order for our 2 kids, then when she went in the store the lady told my wife that putting in the order the way she did was illegal. She flat out lied to her, it might be against company policy but its not illegal. So in short your staff will flat out lie to your customers and make them feel like they did something wrong.

Fast friendly service was a ñew experience using teleheath really enjoyed my visit. Would definitely recommend.

Great staff! Lia and the manager Rachel really made my daughter feel comfortable during her exam and selecting her frames for her sport activities as well as her every day wear. They really worked with me a single mother to make sure we got the best options for us! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.Lia and the manager Rachel were very warm and welcoming to me and my daughter and really made sure she was happy with her selections before walking out!! Amazing customer service! 5 starts for them Both!

Their warm welcoming was fsntastic. They wait was very good and the service of all staff that i had was professional.

Lia was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She was patient and took her time to explain how everything worked. She really made an effort to help me make the right decision when it came to picking out my frames. The service was incredible and the staff is wonderful.

Staff really help me through out the whole process

Everything excellent. Eye exam was fantastic. Great staff. Madelaine, she’s very professional, customer service, really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

The short fat and hideous looking representative was rude and condescending. She Spoke to me like I was a child that needed to be taught integrity. Or like somehow, I was raised wrong. She kept giving me commands like sit there and when I didn't do it fast enough, she would tell me again like a child that doesn't listen or move fast enough. She does it in a way that makes it obvious that she has something against Hispanics. It's obvious she has a prejudice against them even though she is one. It was obvious because right after me another customer came in, they were Caucasian. Her demeanor towards them was completely different. She smiled and said things like " you can sit there if you like", at the same time she waited patiently to let them decide what they wanted to do. Not once did she ever rush them or snap at them. Somebody better at your company better deal with it because at this point the only thing I feel like sharing with anyone in the Hispanic community, is to stay away from this company.

It was a quick and easy! Rebecca was so professional and friendly and the glasses are very cute. The cost is so much better than where I have been and I appreciate the saving of time and money.
