I picked up my contacts and I have worn them for 3 weeks now. I am still having a hard time seeing. I have trouble with numbers being clear to me. I would like to have someone take another look and see if something was missed or mis translated during my initial visit.

All around not great
First of all the advertising is not accurate and I know it’s only to get you in. There is not a doctor actually there and they don’t tell you that until you’re in the room. Then the lady that helped us was not helpful at all when it came to looking for glasses. She did not want to give the information on how the buying two pairs actually worked. I even asked again “how does this actually work” and didn’t get a real answer other than look around, which did not answer my question. She made in your window comments that I did not appreciate but I left it alone. This was my first and last time there. I will continue to use lens crafters. They are helpful and polite. I rather pay the price for better customer service and a real doctor.

My son and I were both patients
My son and I were both patients, however I am the paying customer, and everything is prompted for Charlie my 13 yearold. I was never notified that his contacts had come back, I was told it would take a while because they are special order, which is ok. But I received an email stating they were "disbursed". There are to many simple/thoughtless customer service issues.

Excellent Service
The staff here were very nice, and they managed to get me in pretty quickly. They had excellent customer service and I picked up my glasses about a week and a half later.
