I waited almost 50 min to see the dr. I almost walked out for waiting so long. I ordered contacts on July 1 and the Spanish worker said they will be ready for pickup in 4 days. I went on July 12 and they thankfully was ready. No call stating they was in an I could pick them up. When I go next year to get my exam I may go somewhere else

This place is quite literally the biggest joke/scam ever. I went in for the 2 for $79. hahahaha. First lie. I had to come back several times because the contacts just weren't working in my eyes, and at the 3rd appointment with a doctor, I was told I have to sacrifice vision or comfort. Those contacts were $600/3 months (as opposed to the original contacts that would never work for severe dry eyes which I mentioned having several times and it wasn't accounted for until the last visit which were 12 months for $500. $600 to wear contacts you can't see out of for 3 months is wild. So I'm sitting in the back and they're hiring new staff. The new people onboarding are being told "skip through the whole thing just pretend you watched it" in regards to whatever training they go through. Which is barely any!! and they're all laughing that the girl finished in 10 mins...Nothing funny about the people checking my eyes having no idea what they're doing. My vision/my eyes are not a joke to me. Taymour reluctantly refunded for the contacts after I called out his employees giggling like school girls about their job, which they're all terrible at by the way. I'll be back with the name of the big brown lady who works there. She asked me THE SAME QUESTION 4 times and didn't listen to my response once because she was trying to stay in the conversation behind us, until I got taymour involved, yet again. Mind you this lady is no younger than 50 years old, hanging out with the kids who who work there like they're her friends. She also whispered to taymour about another PT in front of me "why does she want her prescription" because they won't give it until you've purchased glasses so you don't take the rx and order for a fraction of the price online or elsewhere. EVERY SINGLE TIME I went in there people were fighting with the staff. Complaining about it being a scam. Oh and the frames I chose were "more expensive" so I paid close to $500, they were stretched and falling off my face after 3 days. The frames are maybe $8. Every time I went in there it was a 4 hour ordeal. It took forever for me to pick up my stuff because I don't have 4 hours in the middle of a random Tuesday to pick them up and I'm not wasting my day off there. Save your time and money and order online!

Visiting from out of town and our kids dog at my prescription eye glasses. The staff, especially Yenny, were amazing and went above and beyond to get me into a new pair of glasses the same day. If I lived here it would be the only place I would shop for glasses!

Not the best selection, but I could get over that if the staff wasnt upselling me. Every second I wasnt doing the tests, there was someone waiting to upsell me on the more expensive lenses or frames. Despite all this I let them help me pick frames and while my eyesight was really blurry, I thought they looked good and two of the sales associates were saying they looked amazing, and I was already fed up because Ive said my budget very clear and they still made me pick out the designer frames at first without saying the price so we had to run down the gauntlet.

Two weeks later and two of the worst frames and more expensive pairs I have ever gotten myself. The way the staff that I picked them up from were looking at me they didnt think they were the most flattering pairs either and when I went to my car I could cornfirm that.

I sat there thinking maybe its just my face shape and finding glasses is impossible for me, and then I remembered using zenni and instantly getting the perfectly shapped pairs I need. Very dissapointed and the only thing not making this a complete waste of time and money was the eye exam.

Everyone there that day was very helpful. They worked as a team. Great experience. I love my glasses they helped me pick them.

We are going on the third time that they have to remake these glasses. They cannot get the lenses to line up. My vision is double and blurry. I had trust in Stanton to be able to do my eyeglasses and eye test. But that has completely failed. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. Employees really listen to what it is that you need and use their expertise to help you find the perfect frame. Doctor Suarez was very patient to listen to your questions and concerns. I was very pleased with my decision to go to Stanton Optical, and when I need to, I will return.

Yenny was professional and had better eye examination and service than i had at my Ophthalmologist.

Everyone I encountered here Wednesday afternoon was very pleasant and equally professional. The entire process, start to finish, including cutting the lenses, was complete within 2 hours. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everyone was professional and service was great. Yenny went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my contacts. The quality of customer service she offered is top notch.

Horrible staff the glasses are cheap. I already brought them back the next day because they were loose and they’re still horrible. Very unprofessional staff except for the one Dr that was very nice and the girl that did all my tests was very good. The woman in the white jacket with glasses lawn, curly dark hair was so unprofessional, pulling around with the younger staff boys. I would like my money back and I would never ever come back to Stan optical again horrible you get what you pay for sorry.
