Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price for my glasses was great. I had went to another optical store that morning. They were not friendly and the price for the glasses I wanted were almost twice of what I got them for at Stanton Optical.

This was by far the best exam and customer service that I have ever received getting glasses! Sydney and Taylor were absolutely amazing and insightful through the whole process, and I got to walk out with my glasses the very same afternoon!

Staff has always been professional…
Staff has always been professional courteous and attentive. They make you feel comfortable welcomed and they really really wanna help you get the best friends for your lenses. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something. I felt like they were family members trying to help me get what’s best for my eyes and my children’s eyes. The ladies who worked there are the best. And I recommend this place to any and everyone who wants to get some glasses.

I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING our experience was. There was only two ladies working and they were BUSY! But they handled everything like a boss. We (my son) and I left happy and with his two pairs of new glasses.

Highly recommend
Sydney made the total experience for my 10 year old wonderful. She was having trouble seeing the board at school as well as other things. She was nervous but Sydney at the Burlington, NC store really went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Too expensive
The commercial is misleading. A free eye exam and affordable glasses. That was wrong. When placing the order for my glasses I should have been told that they're extra fees that go along with it. When I was told the price I was shocked. I should have gotten up and left but I didn't. I will not be back as a customer
