The day of my exam
The day of my exam, the lady was fantastic. She took her time to make sure my prescription was right very pleasant to work with the day. I picked up my glasses. There was a pregnant lady there and she was very rude. She act like she didn’t want to help me I needed my earpieces adjusted and her exact words were well. I guess we can do that. This is my second time there I was not happy that she made me feel like I was putting her out. I feel this needs to be addressed with her thank you.

Check your receipt before you leave the store
I was signed up for an optical club without my knowledge or consent. This charge was never disclosed, even after I told the person ringing me up that the purchase was an expected expense and to remove any upgrade, service or fee that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Not only did she not mention the charge, she didn’t even pitch the product at all - literally stuck it on my bill and never even mentioned the product at all.

Everything was great until they lost my glasses! They did replace them with a free pair but my frames were costumes made!! So when I came to pick them up they found my 1 st pair and gave me both, so I can't be mad about it! Now I have 2 pair of glasses! So Thanks Stanton

The staff is efficient, kind, and work well together. The Ophthalmic assistants are gentle and patience when providing services to get your prescription. I had the honor to work with the employee, Jennifer. She was personable giving me insight and recommendations on glasses. She was very clear and professional on what was covered and what I could add additionally. I ordered two pairs of glasses on Friday to receive them on Monday so the service was all around exceptional.

This establishment is a pure RIPOFF
If there is a real concern about this review, then a refund is in order...refund my insurance especially since no eye exam was given. This establishment is a pure RIPOFF. 1st nowhere on their website does it state virtual service,they charged my insurance company and me for a farce of an exam then told me that I would have to see an optometrist for a real exam!!! I'm reporting them to the insurance company immediately! One of the papers they gave me was to refer others to them...I WOULD NEVER!!! They are ripping off hard working people...this should be illegal and investigated for their business practices
