Ordered 2 pairs of glasses
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One was good to go the other came in with a lens that didn’t fit the frame, there was a space between the lens and the frame. It looks like it was cut wrong and it was forced in and didn’t fit. Had to send them back, I was able to go to another provider so I’ll be asking for a refund instead of waiting 2 more weeks for them to come back. I already waited 2 weeks.

I showed on time for my eye exam…
I showed on time for my eye exam appointment. Went in, no greeting coming in. My cousin said out loud,
Hello front desk?! Then a person came forward still no greeting. I told her I am here for my 3:00 eye exam. She said the Doctor is all booked up today. So, you will have a virtual appointment a call zoom exam. I didn't go there for that type of exam. A eye exam should be done by an Optometrist in person. Not happy! I decided to use my own prescription done by a Kaiser doctor. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed some eyeglasses fast, I would never buy my glasses there.
