Disappointed
Hello, I feel very disappointed. I went to this optical shop because I thought they were in-network with my insurance, but they told me they would apply my insurance benefits regardless. First of all, the eye exam they perform is very superficial; they don't conduct tests to ensure that the prescription is correct. I paid $422 for a pair of Gucci glasses that were delivered to me yesterday, but they didn't come in their original case—which means they are fakes. Furthermore, the prescription in the lenses is too strong, and I cannot wear them; they immediately give me a headache.

Over priced
Over priced. Predatory pricing. Also pretty sure my exam wasn’t even completed by an actual eye doctor. Sales person keep trying to push my child and I towards Gucci glasses instead of letting us choose what we wanted. Safe to say in the end she’s lucky I didn’t just choose to pay for my exam and leave but my child did get what she wanted.

First I want to say the front end staff at this Stanton is an amazing group of people. Jaquayle, Precious, and the manager. Charge my memory not my heart. I can’t remember the names I’m trying to pronounce them to the best of my ability. My eye exam tech was awesome also. I will recommend this location because of the staff. Cream of the crop 😁

The sole reason we went to this place…
The sole reason we went to this place was for glasses in an hour. They cost $650 and were not ready for 2 weeks. When they were finally ready no one informed us so we had to call to see what the hold up was and it was then that they said they were ready. Avoid this place.

Disappointed in the professionalism
Came in for an appt that I made same day. They took me to a waiting area, then suggested I look around for glasses and such. An hour later (🙄) I grabbed my things and said “I’ll come back when you have the time.” It was at that point that they scurried to come back and get my appointment done and gave this lovely reason that they book four appointments at a time and at least I got the hard part done - choosing my glasses. That annoyed me. I can choose my glasses anytime. It’s the prescription I needed and felt my time was wasted. I could totally see waiting if the employees were clearly backed up and doing prescription after prescription appointment. After my appointment was completed, I had to Google searching for them again as one of the employees had taken my box (that they set aside for me) and put all the choices back on the racks. I get that Saturdays are a bit more relaxed but that was just unprofessional.
Will I return? Maybe because they are within walking distance from home, but probably not. Would I refer anyone to them? Nope.
