It only took exactly one week to receive my glasses after my eye exam. Compared to other places I've been to that's fast. The lady's working the floor were very kind and the doctor was very patient with me. Also I've never had an online eye exam, that was cool.

I would of done 5 starts but really disappointing when I picked up my 2 pairs of glasses that weren’t cheap, and they came in this little draw string cheap bag.
Seriously!! I ask the associate working why they weren't in cases she said they were to big! ??????? What I have sunglasses that are bigger than these glasses and they came in nice hard cases. I asked her if there was someway I could get hard case she said no and walked away. Kinda rude.. I travel an I need a hard case and when you're paying a lot of money for these. Very frustrating. Will I order glasses again from here, umm not sure unless they can guarantee I will receive nice hard case for expensive glasses. Little disappointing.
The website listed the incorrect closing time. Despite this, the workers there made time to squeeze me in for a quick exam. They are great at this location.
Very unprofessional. I had to wait over 5 minutes to start my pre-exam while the employees gossiped and discussed personal matters before bringing me back. After my exam and I picked out my glasses, the manager took multiple personal phone calls during the checkout/choosing my lenses process. I was then told my glasses would be done end of day. I returned the next morning and the lab tech said their machine was down and my glasses needed shipped out, she thought they would have told me yesterday since the manager was aware. The lab tech saw how upset I was and was able to fix the machine later that day and I picked up my glasses friday. She was the only good experience of my visit.

In all fairness to this store, there seems to be a “system reporting” issue in that the customers are getting notified that their order is ready to pick up when in fact they have not yet been delivered to the store or have not yet been assembled at the store yet. The employees have tried to circumvent this problem by telling the customers they will receive a call when their order is ready. Many customers, including me, get emails or texts that state that the order is ready to pick. When the customers go to the store expecting to pick up their order they are asked, “did you get a call from us?” They then are most likely told their order is in fact not ready. This has happened to me twice in the last month on two separate orders. You should really get to the bottom of why this is happening and address it. It’s a significant inconvenience to have to come back multiple times for orders. I think you’ll risk losing customers if you don’t correct this.

The women doing the pretest was new and never opened so she was constantly running to the front to ask one of the other employees how to do things and they were short staffed. The husband and I were there almost three hours. Although, they apologized, the company itself should pay appropriately to keep it staffed with dependable employees. It's not that hard to figure out. Keep your employees happy and respected and they will in return stay and work. After trying on glasses that were made from the store, one of the frames are lose and when I look at the bottom it's blurry so I have to adjust the glasses. It's like Im wearing bifocals. This is beyond infuriating.

I went in for my daughter to get frames. They offered to do an exam for me I said sure if you got time I was due and had an appt. Elsewhere in a month. They got me in and rushed the whole thing. Picking up the glasses was a mess as well. Not only that Im sure my glasses are wrong they said to try them for two weeks but they make me want to vomit when I try to wear them. I wouldn't recommend this places to anyone. Maybe if I had an appointment to begin with it would of been different. I dont like doing bad reviews but I keep getting emailed to do an review. So here it is.

My first exam wasn't done correctly. Received my glasses and had the worst headaches. When back to get them fixed. Made an appointment, Only for the store now to be open. Finally an employee showed up. Retook my eye exam. As did a few other people. Only to pick up my new glasses yesterday and after wearing my glasses a few shift. My left eye is blurry and the right eye is perfect. I give up and will go else where moving forward. Save yourself some time and money and do the same.

Glasses are fine but the wait and the staff the day prior was piss poor. Took an extra 30 minutes to start my appointment time, workers were too busy conversating to focus on the task at hand. I'm happy all people are excited to see babies but a job is a job, really just unprofessional on most levels.

It took me a while to get service. When i did it took a while to check out. I ordered two frames. Had to call to see if they were in a week later. They had one pair. Called back for the other pair a few times. Called yesterday, they said they made a mistake and they are in. They will be ready in a few hours. I am calling them again today to see if they are officially ready. It’s been 3-4 weeks. Not upset. Just an honest experience.

The small print needs to be alot larger. My $79.99 ended up being over $400.00. And that was for an exam and 1 count them 1 pair of glasses. I will never be back! There are many optical choices and this will no longer be my choice. I've had a 💯 better time at Walmart.
