The system went down several times. I prefer a doctor in person instead of virtual doctor. My eye glasses prescription was wrong. And took them back still waiting on my refund.

I went in for an eye exam under your…
I went in for an eye exam under your special two pair for $79 plus exam when I got done. I ended up paying 250 and something dollars for single vision and a progressive lens so I bought a pair of glasses. I cannot use because I was informed by the individual that helped me that I will be getting a single vision lands which I thought would have the progressive lens at the bottom but no lines and come to find out it was opposite so I ended up paying another hundred and something dollars to have one pair of glasses repaired and another pair of glasses that I would never be able to use so I don’t think that it was explained to me right on the process of the lenses and The cost they will cost me over $400 to have progressive lenses put in the frames that I purchased so I paid the 139+ another hundred dollars to get one pair of glasses fixed and the other pair would cost me another $141 to get the progressive lenses in and so between the advertisement and the sales person I was not happy with The service that I got and I still had to pay to have my glasses repaired and have not received them back yet

Stanton Optical in DeSoto off I-35 was a professional, seamless experience! The receptionist saved me time by confirming my current prescription worked. The manager was incredibly kind, fast-tracked the process, and remembered me at pickup.
I got two pairs of bifocals for under $200 without insurance—an amazing deal. One pair even arrived early! I definitely "look" to be back in a few years for my next set.

A ZOOM CALL?!
Took 3 hours. The long awaited "doctor" was a technician who does the "1, or 2" over a literal zoom call in a specially built zoom call dungeon. If you don't have claustrophobia, be prepared to develop it during the exam, which must be indistinguishable from an Orwellian brain washing session to a fly on the wall. On top of that, the exam was rushed, and this is utterly insulting after waiting so long. I'm not happy with my prescription, I will be getting a new one elsewhere shortly.
