It first started when they charged me 3 times the amount I have paid for the same thing at a different place. The doctor is not on site and has no compassion for patients and their needs. I ordered contacts and glasses and had to wait 2 weeks for them. When I went in to pick them up, found that they had ordered the contacts and glasses wrong. I had to wait another 2 weeks for my contacts and found they ordered my glasses wrong again. Again I had to wait another 2 weeks for the right pair of glasses.

The customer service rep was very nice…
The customer service rep was very nice and helpful as was the tech performing the eye tests. Only real issue is you don’t stand by your claim of honoring most insurance plans. You offset this by discounting frames and lenses which to me says we don’t want to file and send in insurance paperwork.

Overpriced
Overpriced, false advertising, rude employees and if you try on one crappy 300 dollar pair of frames, you’ve literally tried all of them. No selection. I won’t go back. Tip: get your prescription only from wherever you decide to go, then go to zeelool.com. You WILL thank me. Sorry Stanton.

Ask for Makayla...
The vision test appointment took longer than expected, but our experience with Makayla made it all worthwhile. My son picked out some frames, and before the lenses came in, those frames got misplaced, so we had to temporarily go with an alternate color. Because of the inconvenience, Makayla went to bat for us with her management and secured a $41 credit back to my card. Thank you Makayla!
