Then had several staff give opinions about my choices of frames. Very impressed with the product quality and overall service.

My daughter walked into Stanton Optical…
My daughter walked into Stanton Optical hoping she wouldn’t need glasses, but thanks to Ty, she walked out excited about getting them. He was absolutely fantastic. He helped us choose frames that looked great on her, but what impressed me most was the time he took to explain everything. He made sure she understood what her glasses would do, what her prescription meant, and how to properly care for them.
He spoke directly to her, answered her questions, and made the whole experience fun instead of intimidating. She thought Ty was fantastic and genuinely couldn’t wait to go back and pick up her glasses because of him.
She may have walked into Stanton hoping she didn’t need glasses, but she walked out a lifelong fan of Ty and Stanton Optical. Thank you for making what could have been an uncertain experience such a positive one!

The service was great, as was the exam, but the selection of frames for the promotion i chose was very thin. I felt like I had to either choose a pair I wasn't completely happy with or I could spend more money and choose a different color code that had a larger and more stylish selection to choose from.

Everyone was amazing! Ty made the experience fabulous! He’s definitely a great asset to Stanton Optical. He explains everything, goes over all of the options, makes sure you understand everything, he has an awesome personality and his customer service is exceptional. He alone makes you want to come back! It was great coming in to pick up my glasses and him remembering me and knowing exactly why I was there without having to be told. His professionalism makes it feel like a small town eye dr, even your first time feels like you’ve been a client for years.

Outstanding Experience
I’ve been a long time customer. The service has always been great however this last visit was over the top the best. I was greeted at the door by this Assistant Manager Ty and I can tell you that even though he was busy a the time he told me to be patient and he’d be right with me to assist. There was an immediate feeling as if I’ve known this guy for along time even though we never met? He is a Fantastic asset to your company with his passion and thoroughness. I feel as if I’ve made a Friend for Life!!! A true BLESSING in this Day and Age. Over the Top!!! Ps the glasses are Perfect

Wow bait and switch in this day
Wow, just wow. I make an appointment drove 45 minutes for just the eye exam. On the website it says 79.99 for just eye glass exam. Not contacts. The office lady even said 79.99. I get brought back and he asks if i want the glasses deal, i said no not today, then he precedes to says its going to be 118 and change. I asked why and he said he was a store that the prices are higher. So i left. So I guess bait and switch is how they plan on surviving. I'm not going to pay a 50% up charge when the website clearly says 79.99 no strings attached. I could have chosen a number of places with better deals but I thought here i would get straight forward service but i guess not. Ill be filing bait and switch complaint with bbb, and indians attorney General. So stay away from stanton unless you don't care what the price is because apparently if you don't get what they want they will charge you what they feel and not honor whats advertised.
As for your reply... in the conversation with the check in lady she confirmed it was 79.99.... so why did the doctor have to take me in private to explain it. 50% increase is not a opps miss commuicated. You should have honored your advertised price like the law states. I have already went to a reputable place.. just fyi i would have paid double the 120 to anyone else to get my eyes done then a bait and switch scam. Google search your price at that store!!
