I came in for your 2 pairs and a free eye test. I got a quote that your ad did not apply to me, and my quote was for 700 dollar because of bi-focal, I found that I did not have any recourse but to purchase at your new quote I purchase one pair of glasses (bi-focal) at a price of 300 dollar, So this means that I will Never visit or recommend your store again. I would like to thank you for your big disappoint in my attaining your total false advertisement.

The pricing is very deceiving. However, the staff, Piola and Brandon were fantastic.

This is a place where they work off commission:
If u dislike buying a car because they try to stretch every penny out of you, you will hate this place.

When you go to checkout-
“Okay total will be 890.00”
“For one pair of glasses?! That’s not what I was expecting”
“Okay well tell us how much you want to spend”

This back and forth goes on for half an hour wasting you time because the company is commission based.

Amazing and fast service highly recommend

No one thinks you go to the eye doctor/glasses shopping and anticipates having fun, but the staff at this Stanton location make it so! They are such a warm, caring, joyful group. They kept my preferences, price range, and personal style in mind the entire time and got me the perfect sets of glasses and contacts and I had a blast doing it. I told them I was sad I'd only see them for my annual eye exam because I would definitely show up just to hang out with these people. Definitely going to keep coming here in the future and recommending this location to everyone I know.

Started with the price change
Staff was short handed
And became very rude when I asked why the price changed
Glasses had the wrong prescription
Was told to just wear them even after telling the tech they where wrong and I couldn’t see with them on
they retested me and fixed the left eye but not the right eye and then said they where sending it to the lab to be made there and would let me know when there ready did not say how long it would take even after it took over a week to do the last pare

I love yall just not that lady when I pick up my glasses

If you are looking for actual, professional eye care, go somewhere else.

First off, they do not disclose upfront that there is no certified optometrist physically in the building. Instead, they put you through a "virtual doctor" setup via video screen. The whole process felt rushed and impersonal, and the results proved it: they completely botched my initial prescription.

I had to waste my time going back for a second exam just to get a corrected prescription. After dealing with the headache of multiple visits, I finally received my glasses, only to find they were physically damaged and noticeably bent right out of the packaging. When I brought them back to be resolved, instead of replacing the defective pair, staff simply tried to bend the frames back into shape by hand. They still fit unevenly and feel weird.

Between the virtual exam shortcuts, inaccurate prescriptions, poor product quality, and lazy fixes, this location is completely unreliable. Save your time, money, and eyesight, find an established, in-person practice instead.

I was notified that a portion of my order was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was greeted by a representative from the back of the store. After trying on the new glasses one of the pairs were not correct prescription. I advised that the glasses in question appear to have loose arms on both sides of the glasses, was kind of blown off. Whoever was on the iPad, ophthalmologist I presume, said they would remake the glasses that were incorrect. When I asked the representative if they could change the glasses due to the arms loose and once again, kind of blown off. I left with two pairs of glasses. One of the pairs of glasses was to have transitions lenses and they don’t change at all. The pair of transitions glasses also have loose arms. There has been nothing of quality presented…. I certainly didn’t expect this.

Brandon helped me pick out the second pair. When the two pairs of glasses were ready he adjusted the fit of the black pair that was tilted.

Employee put me on hold for 10 minutes. She claims that she forgets that I was on hold. She doesn't listen as she asked me three times to repeat myself after I gave her the glasses order number and my phone number. I ended calling the corporate office for help. I ordered the eyeglasses on July 28 and on August 6 I was trying to find out when will I received it.
