I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, both were to be done by April 29th. Im still waiting on 2nd pair or any communication explanation why they are still not here.
Paid my bill in full no insurance so even less complicated.

The prescription was incorrect
The prescription was incorrect, I brought it back to get it fixed. The branch manager does not know how to read it correctly. He keeps saying the reading glasses is my distance & vice versa ..the distance is my reading
I asked him a question & he refused to answer it & said I am doing to refund you. My question is " according to you, why is my distance blurry & but I can read at close distance, & why is my reader clear at a distance but blurry when I try to read?"
So i had to start from scratch at another branch. They confirmed the prescription was incorrect & it takes 2 weeks to make my new glasses ( too long for a single prescription in plastic)

Experience was very rushed and felt…
Experience was very rushed and felt like I was just a number. When I was called in for my eye exam, my eye pictures were already taken which was very confusing. Turns out someone else eye pictures were taken for me so we had to take my eye photos. Never got trial lenses, now my left eye feels uncomfortable when I where my contacts. Definitely not a good experience.

I would never use it again
I would never use it again. That was my second location in two years and my service was awful. Could not recommend any body to use Stanton optical ever again.
