The Dr. dilated my eyes (with no warning) then proceeded to check my sight. Needless to say, that didn't go well. My first pair of glasses were very wrong. Had Dr. Torez recheck my eyes, they remade my glasses...still horribly wrong. Waiting on my next appointment...We shall see if they can get it right on the third try.

The service was fine, but I went in expecting to get an advertised deal but that wasn’t the case. Ended up spending much more than expected.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses (sunglass and regular). Originally ordered 6/11. Sunglasses picked up 6/18; on 6/23 glasses ready but lenses were incorrect. Had to be redone and couldn't be expedited- originally ordered 6/11 - final and correct prescription glasses ready and picked up 7/15/26. Over a month since original order.

The assistant who helped with placing…
The assistant who helped with placing the order for the glasses didn't listen and I needed a reading pair and far vision placed but they opted to make both glasses far distance which delayed in me getting my second pair of glasses I needed and were sent out. Only thing that saved the review from being a one star was the fact the person who got me my lenses re-sent out at no charge but 14-18 additional days for lenses you couldn't get right the first time? Get your shit together station I never had any problem with the brand until now.

It was a quick, and efficient transaction. The staff is friendly.
I needed glasses fast. They have an in-store lab, and were able to prepare my first paid in less than 1 hour. The second pair was ready the next day.

Satan got ahold of her mouth
The visit went well until the young lady with attitude started to speak, she was rude with me telling me that my insurance wasn’t in group, and assumed that I couldn’t afford when she told me that.
Then when she ran my card it declined, and my wife knowing that there was a serious amount of coverage in the bank asked her to run it again and she snapped at my wife and rolled her eyes, my wife insisted that she run it again and guess what? Went thru just fine.
I know you don’t care and nothing will be done because that’s how people are these days, it’s ok for employees to be rude and hateful.

Never told about optional lens warranty…
Never told about optional lens warranty so my last pair wasn't covered new pair isn't covered. Was told lens were covered for 2 years but was never told it was additional price if I had I would have payed for it so since the transition faded on my lenses in less than a year I'm just shit out of luck.
