Overall, my experience was positive. The associate who performed my eye scan was very nice and professional, and the person who helped me select my glasses was also friendly and professional. Another associate kindly acknowledged me and asked if I needed assistance, which I appreciated. The associate who set me up for the exam was also polite and professional. While my interaction with the doctor on the screen during the letter test was not my favorite, the in store staff provided a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
