Great local people, but impersonal telemedecine
Great local people. However, all examinations are done through telemedicine and you’re never “ in touch” with a person who is servicing your exam. Also, the people who are doing the remote exam exams are reading from a script and it’s blatantly obvious. For the money you’re paying for this type of service you would think the discount would be greater or the examiners wouldn’t seem bored and distracted while doing your examination. Also, no offense intended, but English was not the first language of anyone I dealt with who was doing the remote exams, which made it seem even more impersonal and difficult to understand and be understood. What was being said, often had to be repeated. For these reasons I would choose a different organization to fulfill my next set of classes.

Really easy experience
Really easy experience, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, I was able to get my glasses in 10 minutes so that’s a plus.
