There is a strong disconnect between Scheduling and the actual office staff. When I called Scheduling, I made it know what my insurance was. I was told that insurance wasn’t accepted. I was given the prices that I agreed upon and then came for the appointment. At the appointment, I was told that oh no, we can use that insurance. However, that information was not relayed to the front desk from the back office staff and we had to keep revisiting this over and over again with one of the staff members saying “we are not Customer Service,” stating there are often miscommunication by the Customer Service team. My contact lens prescription was incorrect again due to information not being correctly passed on from one person to the other person. It was corrected however, the person I was working with tried to tell me that the lenses I was looking for were not made by Acuvue, someone else working there overheard and told her she just needed to look on the bottom shelf. Also, I don’t know if it’s because the examination is a virtual, but it was not a small exam at all. There is one part of the exam where it flips back-and-forth to find out what visual is clearer. That went on probably about seven times as long as any eye exam I’ve ever had in my life, with us having to take a break to “rest” my eyes. Also, at the end the doctor did not explain to me any changes being made to my prescription and the person helping me order my glasses did not really know how to answer my questions. I tried to choose from the best quality frames available at the store. However, after wearing them for three weeks they are in fact cheaply made. The lenses are popping out during cleaning. They’re starting to warp a little bit. It’s just really a lot less than what I expected.

The staff were very nice. However, I went in with the expectation that I would see an actual doctor. I was surprised that everything was virtual and very impersonal. I was not impressed with the selection of glasses and prefer to go somewhere else in the future.

the prescription is very accurate, my eyes feel comfortable. service was very professional. it was an easy and enjoyable experience.

5-year customer purchased 10 pair of glasses two pair per year all rimless .the pair I just received warranty replacement. right hand frame was never securely attached to the lens .they left it loose . when I picked up the glasses the tech made the comment he wouldn't use those because they were so flimsy, they were flimsy because the arm was never securely attached to the lens .quality control should be at the forefront of the manufacturing process of Stanton optical ,obviously they do not have a quality control program. $500 for glasses I should not have to check them .always check the distance in between your frame and your lens to make sure Stanton optical properly assembled them

Everyone there was nice and professional and I got a new pair of glasses the same day as the eye exam.

My girlfriend and I came in to get contact prescription and glasses for my girlfriend but she had to return her glasses and different glasses but we haven't received them yet and my contacts or not clearer than my last pair. Harder to read.

We were able to make an appointment the day of. The special of two glasses and exam for $79 was affordable. The perfect glasses were available. Everyone was kind and professional. It was a 20/20 visit!

I happy with the experience I had

I was unaware when I made an appointment that there isn't a doctor on-site for the eye exam. It was all done by automatic machines. I ordered progressive glasses and progressive sun glasses. They made both pair of glasses 3 times after 2 different eye exams and progressive line not in the right location. But they still were not correct. I ended up going somewhere else to have a new eye exam because I knew something wasn't right. The prescription from the other doctor was used to remake both pair of glasses for the 4th time.
Now that the prescription is correct I am pleased with my vision with the glasses. I just have to return to have them adjusted as the clerk was new and struggled to properly adjust them.
In spite of the fact I had to keep going back and it took about 2 months I am happy with the glasses. They were offered at a decent price. I would just recommend to have your exam done elsewhere. Through all the mix up and although it was awkward to keep coming back, I was treated pretty well.
