When I ordered my glasses the staff was…
When I ordered my glasses the staff was very friendly & courteous. However, when I arrived to pick them up, not so much. There was a young lady there that was there when I ordered them and again she was wonderful. But I wanted to get a pair of sunglasses and use a frame I already had. The woman helping me was rude and condescending, even to her coworker. I didn’t appreciate that. She began telling me how I couldn’t use my frame due to its condition. I admit it needed to be adjusted but she insisted I buy a new frame. Because of her attitude, I left without ordering anything. Not only did she cost a sale for the company but she has now cost you a customer!
I have posted this to my Facebook page so others can see how I was treated.
