My glasses took 2 months to get back…
My glasses took 2 months to get back and no one ever called me to provide me an update I always had to call to follow up. Although offered a 50% refund I do not think that was the best service. But I will have to say that on the day of my app they were very nice and welcoming. I just had to point that out because credit should be given where credit is due.

The ladies and the gentleman that were working the day of my appointment were very nice and helpful. The office is very easy to find also. If you need an eye exam, glasses, or contacts. I recommend calling and making a appointment.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. There is no doctor physically there so your exam is done virtually and when their machines malfunctioned and had difficulty taking correct images of my eyes, I have now had to be referred to a different doctor to pay an additional eye exam. They tried to put progressive lenses in my glasses, automatically without asking, and I do not need that nor was it suggested for me. It was just a way to charge me more. The frames that I ordered are tortoise but the frames that I received are mostly black with about two dots of Amber. Very, very displeased with my experience. Do not recommend and will never return.

Very happy with the service I received
Very happy with the service I received. From the eye exam to my fitting everyone was so nice and helpful. Was told I would receive my glasses in 7-10 days and got them in 9 days. I highly recommend Stanton eye.
