Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordering the glasses was easy. Getting them was another story. We went to pick them up after the text said they were ready -- they weren't. They said the lenses didn't fit the frames and they were going to re-order them (rushed). We called back 2 weeks later -- they said they would arrive on Monday. We called on Monday, they said they never re-ordered them but would do so immediately. Called back a week later and they said they didn't re-order them but had the lenses in the store and would make them within 30 minutes. Showed up at the store -- not ready -- but they made them.

Insanely expensive

Insanely expensive. They rope you in with two frames for only $199 but then advanced lenses bring it up to $600 for two pairs. Ridiculous.

Unprofessional and my glasses were not…

Unprofessional and my glasses were not ready as promised. This is my 2nd time if coming to Stanton Optical. The first time they were 30 min late for my eye exam so I just bought glasses. 2nd time they said oh since your prescription is less than a year don’t want to skip the eye exam? I said no it’s part of the deal. Then I waited 25 min past my appointment time. Very disappointed

Accommodating and efficient

They took me as a walk in because I broke my glasses. Within 3 hours I had already completed my exams and left with 2 pairs of affordable glasses.

Don’t go here!

The experience was the worst I’ve ever had. It was a very unwelcoming environment. It seemed like none of the employees wanted to be there or even help. Picking up my contacts was even worse. I had to sit and wait for a half hour just to pick up, and then they had trouble finding the order. This place is very unorganized and needs to be managed better. I’m also not a fan of not having an actual doctor in the office. The remote doctor was terrible as well. I also paid the most out of pocket ever will not ever go back.

Wrong prescription

After selecting the glasses, the wrong prescription was put in. We were encouraged to try a different frame until we discovered that the prescription was wrong. We were in the process of going on a trip and needed the glasses before the trip they did not arrive.

All the staff is so very nice and extremely helpful!

All the staff is so very nice and helpful. When I first came in to have an exam and new glasses made Victoria was such a great help and explaining the differences between reading glasses distance glasses, and then progressive glasses. I am so thankful that she explained all these to me and thought that progressive lenses would be best for me. This way with just having progressive lenses I wouldn’t have to switch between different glasses to be able to do different things. When I got my glasses back I had a small issue. The issue is I thought I had anti reflective coating, put on my glasses. Come to find out that when I had my glasses originally made I thought progressive lenses automatically came with an anti-reflective coating on them. I was told that they do, but that was by a different company. So when I was wearing my glasses, I was seeing my own eyes reflecting back at me in the lenses. When I came back to talk to someone about the issue Kayla and the manager I don’t remember his name were able to both help me and get the problem taken care of. A huge big thank you to all the staff for being so nice and helpful to a new have to wear all the time glasses now person.
