I was greeted by an employee named Jose who was such a nice guy and he assured me that he could help me get my glasses made. I was so impressed with his knowledge and ease of getting them ordered/made that I left feeling very taken care of . He assured me when I would expect them and everything went seamlessly. I couldn’t have received better customer service than Jose !

Our experience was not pleasant
Our experience was not pleasant. The customer service is very bad. A young lady in the santee office was very rude. This is the second time that we experienced her unkind attitude and rude remarks. The glasses were nice but the customer service e will definitely keep us from returning. Not helpful in finding frames. We have bought glasses at Stanton3 times and will not be returning to the Santee store.

I reused frames and was told they would be tightened. They were not. The lady on phone said that wasnt in the record but I can bring them back. Very inconvenient. Also the pricing is a bait and switch game from the promo deals advertised which are not really available. Store staff was kind, not like 2 years ago when the staff bounced me out of the building.

Horrible- over 2 months to get my glasses and never did anyone reach out to let me know there was an issue. I had to keep calling and they kept saying they were being mounted. I will never use Stanton again

Saving Eye sigh!
While the prices high, the doctor found my husband had macular degeneration and referred him to a retinal specialist, Dr. Shah. She saved my husband’s eye sight. He has wet AMD and has already has had 2 shots. After the first shot, he was able to see two more lines.
The glasses are very nice and. Got all the upgrades.
But saving his eyesight is priceless. I am so glad I thought he needed new glasses.

I happen to endure many issues, between delivery and honoring pricing, It seems pretty overwhelming every visit, there is one associate that does assist the best she can under the circumstances but other than that, when the manager is around there isn't much of a sense of leadership in regarding to, a situation or concern being held by a customer, when requested by a customer. She gave the impression of brushing off the complaint and did not show any high quality customer service. When i had called regarding information on my order, i was told by a sales rep " well that's why we recommend purchasing from the store instead of delivery." regarding a serious question i had. When i had requested to speak to the manager, the phone then disconnected. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is extremely concerning.

Not a big fan of the hidden price points or gimmicky deceptive promotion. I would rather a company stand by their work and their quality than to have them lure me in with a fake twofer. You did get my business this time so maybe it’s worth it, but I won’t be back in the future.
