Overall everyone was great and helpful, very nice crew. My only issue is I arrived maybe 12 mins early and did the medical record maybe a day or two prior to arriving yet the other person with the same appointment time went 1st and two other customers who arrived way after also went before me, therefore I was left feeling unseen and helpless until one of the employees acknowledged me sitting there. From then on everything went smoothly. I even got to take home a pair of glasses. If it weren’t for how the initial appointment started deff would have been 5/5!

I went to Beaverton location and the manager was phenomenal. She won’t way out of her way to make sure that my glasses looked good on me to make sure I could see a good she even gave me a discount. I was traded like royalty. I will go back and I was really impressed with the eye doctor because the system that they have over there that they use to test your eyes it’s like a snap of a finger and the testing that he was doing on my eyes wasn’t this long vigorous time sitting there in that chair, but it was simple, easy fast and the diagnosis for my eyes was point on.
I have to wear bifocals on the bifocal line was off a little bit. They gave me the bike focal glasses to keep and they made me a new pair. Very pleased with them would recommend them and will go back.
