Employees were friendly, glasses so far have been good. Just would have felt better if all the equipment had been working.

Yesterday, we had two scheduled appointments that we were unable to complete. Upon entering, Rebecca appeared uncooperative. When I provided the name of my insurance company, she expressed frustration, stating that the portal was down and that the company was unreachable by phone. I subsequently made a quick call from my car and was able to speak directly with the provider. I returned to her with the phone, allowing her to speak with the agent. Throughout the call, Rebecca seemed visibly annoyed and responded minimally to the agent's questions. She then concluded the call by informing me that, since my plan was a standard plan, it might not cover certain eyewear options, and if issues arose with the lenses, Stanton would be unable to resolve them. I was concerned that she was assuming I could not pay for any additional coverage needed to ensure my eyewear was correct.

Furthermore, she indicated that we could not proceed with our exams because they were about to close, despite it being 5:52 p.m., with our last appointment scheduled at 6 p.m. We decided to leave, feeling discouraged. It seemed as though she was unhelpful and not interested in assisting us. I handled all the efforts to contact my insurance, and she did not offer to try again or provide further assistance. Overall, her attitude was dismissive, and she appeared content with us leaving without completing our appointments.

they were unable to properly fit my glasses And they could not provide a case that fit my new glasses they need better trained staff And they have excuses about why my glasses didnt qulify for their advertised deals

The staff was amazing I walked to pick up my glasses and there was two of the same frames, when I swear they should’ve been two different frames but I had no proof and without hesitation they worked it out. Customer service was absolutely amazing and truly the best I’ve ever received.

It was fast and had financing options. Great customer service and very well maintained. Had many options available to choose from. Everything was explained in the process.

Was not impressed with the service or the wait time they broke my frames. Three weeks later I get my glasses and I’m not sure my prescription is correct. I will be waiting a week just to make sure my eyes get used to them and then probably go back.

Everything is extremely expensive and some of the techs or office people are rude.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I was a “walk in” and was seen immediately. The virtual exam was so interesting and the staff made the whole process smooth and relaxing. My glasses came in in only 6 days and I love them!

Came in for an eye exam and paid for contacts on 1/19/26. I was informed someone would contact me regarding the arrival of my contacts. No one ever called me, and I called to inquire about my order. I was told my trails were ready on 1/26/26, but not my actual order. I never received a call back after that, and I have called several times as well as checking online for the status of my order. I finally called yesterday, 4/30/26 and was informed that my order was ready for pick up in February! I received an apologize for the lack of contact, but honestly it’s inexcusable. I will never come back to this establishment nor recommend it.

My first time using Stanton Optical. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my glasses. I was impressed the availability of frames and the customer service provided. I felt comfortable with purchasing my glasses there.

Very disappointed in my experience with the Waxahachie location. I told them I needed computer glass and they gave me reading glasses. Then when I went back the manager seemed to have a very dismissive attitude and wasn’t very helpful when she was the one that made the initial mistake. Customer service should be a given. I hope this location will work on that!

These lenses are perfect! I can see so much better than previous glasses. The exam was a new experience, but I liked it. I have never had a virtual eye exam before. It was clean and accurate.

Never recieved a call to pick up glasses. Person said the store texed or called me on the 27th.
