The first frames didn't fit properly
The first frames didn't fit properly. And while I was able to come back and pick a different pair, I think the 2nd lense prescription is different. So I'm unable to wear either pair. Some staff were helpful.
Just upset I still don't have the right glasses.

Everyone was very helpful in service. However, I do not feel like I received the best prescription, particularly for the reading portion of my progressives. I had them redone once because I thought it was the shape of my glasses, but there was no improvement. They are functional, but not for easy reading.
