I walked in and was greeted by a man…
I walked in and was greeted by a man who was very helpful and went for prescription both the Dr and attendant were very nice...but when I got back to pick my frames there was a woman named Larissa left ...and the negativity the attitude the rudeness was more than I could take...I paid for the prescription and left...doubt I will return with such horrible people in customer service.

Still haven’t gotten refund, customer service unhelpful
I canceled my glasses order within an hour of placing it. It’s been a month, I’ve called 4 times now and I still have not received my refund. Customer service doesn’t give me any details as to why there is such a delay and keeps on telling me they’ve “fixed the problem” and to wait 2-5 business days.

The demeanor and customer service I get everytime I come in here is unsettling. I think they’re racist. Specifically the Mexican/Puerto Rican (I would even say Indian but that might make me racist myself) don’t like her attitude.

I live way out of town. I busted my glasses and needed new glasses. Bruce at the Wichita store was fantastic. I called and discussed he need. He looked up my script, my previous ordered and said he could duplicate it for me. Even shipped them to my rural location so I didn't have to drive 2 1/2 hours. Bruce is the man. No hesitation to help and offer suggestions. Great customer service.
