Stanton Optical - Yuba City Reviews 

Ordered two pair and Zane was very helpful getting the amount to something I was comfortable with...The exam is the same one I have had at any Optometrist I have gone to. The only difference is the results are downloaded to the Dr. and he then writes the script....When I went to pick them up I was informed I had been misquoted on the transition fee and it was $160.00 more! I asked for the Manager and she went out of her way to get this extra fee reversed since it was a store error...Everyone was very interested in helping make the error right (which they did)..Anyone can make a mistake so I will definetly use Stanton again...Hope this review helps you.

Not a people person at all but the workers there made me feel so comfortable that I was surprised. Hands down raises for them I never leave reviews but I have to give credit where credits due.

It was really a nice and pleasant experience. I went in there yesterday on Saturday. The girls were super nice very attentive very gentle with me when they did the exams just really went out their way to help me pick out the best glasses for my face. it was a really nice experience.

Your customer service and facts don't match what happens in your store. You offer same day glasses at a low low price but can't or won't deliver. Once I decided on the lenses that I wanted and I used my existing frames I was told it was going to take at least a week or more to receive my lenses for my existing frames. A week goes by and no lenses, two weeks go by and still no lenses and I was told it was going to be longer with shipping time. I will admit I was very frustrated to the point of being angry but the staff at my local store offered no solutions until I asked to speak with the manager of the store.
The manager to the exact frames off the wall, located my lenses (which are Very common) at a store an hour away. She drove to that store on her own dime and drove back, cut my lenses for the frames she had and I was able to pick-up my glasses by the end of the day. I'm sure she did this to just shut me up and to get rid of me once and for all.
I received phone calls weeks later that my glasses were ready after I had a pair built by the manager.
Your staff lies and I believe they are trained to lie and the TV offers/promotions don't exist. I will drive an hour in the future to avoid the Yuba City store and go to a competitor. Either re-train your staff or abide by your promotions & commercials.
Bottom line, all I needed was new lenses so I can read my computer monitors.

I still cant read with my glasses,even after the 2nd redo, glasses don't fit correctly over my face and ears.glasses weren't adjusted at pick up.

The sales women was great. The prices are high. May look elsewhere next time. But the sales women was great. And she worked with us the best she could. That is why we gave it five stars. Options were fine, my wife found a couple of frames that she liked. But the overall cost was quite a bit more than most people we know pay. So, we will see for next time

I called and made an appointment and then called the day of to confirm the appointment time because i did not receive anything and was told there was no appointment but they could schedule me one, so I did. When I got there they said there was no appointment but they could see me. I waited an hour to only be told there was no doctor on staff they do the exams and then send it to a doctor in Florida so I opted to not do an exam. I needed same day glasses and they didn’t have many to choose from.

The service I received was amazing. The staff was very friendly. I was able to take my time looking for the perfect glasses.

First time I ever went here and check in was smooth and pretty fast to be seen. The employees we all smiles and talked kindly and broke down every step of the exam and also what to expect for the payment for the glasses and when I would be able to receive them. I really like the environment here and I would definitely recommend. Thank you Stanton optical

Was a very pleasant experience and received my glasses quickly

Quick & easy pick up, I recognized and trusted the girl who helped me. She wasn't rough or mishandling when getting out my new glasses for try on, plus she didn't want to to touch them after I had them on.

My prescription was completely wrong. Had to go elsewhere to get a new eye exam Stanton gave me a prescription that I couldn’t even use. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go somewhere that has a real dr. Hopefully o can get my $304 refunded for useless eye glasses

The were very nice and professional even when they were extremely busy. Very helpful in assisting with finding the right Contacts for me
