I'm in deep mourning after losing my 2…
I'm in deep mourning after losing my 2 best friends. I spent a LOT of money (for me) to get this. Not sure what I was expecting, but at least something to put on the wall by their tribute display. Basically it's just a "certificate" and a black & white photo copy on regular paper of the map of constellations and a mark with his name crammed into place. Looks hoky and ridiculous, especially for what I paid. Very very very let down and upset

The price difference is serious
I spent 15 RMB to buy the star map in the find my star App. I found that it was exactly the same as the star map that I bought with 100 RMB in my order. So What's the difference in the price, do you charge 85 RMB for a piece of paper? After I sent feedback to customer service, they give me a discount code, but I don't think I would buy it again.

I’m very pleased with the overall experience of dealing with your company.
Your Prompt delivery, presentation of the product and the detail provided are very impressive.
I bought the star for my sister’s granddaughter and her children. Leonie died some weeks ago and I thought it would make it easier for Courtney to explain to her little ones that Little Nanna is watching over them.

Well to be honest the number one thing…
Well to be honest the number one thing that made my experiance a perfect one was when I got to look at that star on the map and see how it shined and looked around and it was surrounded by all of the lights, big or small their all beautiful and I'm proud to say I named my star after the place and crew I grew up with as a young boy . Remembering all the times I tried getting on the family roof to see the stars but never could. Now times have changed and I get to keep a star I now own on my phone. Life's fantastic.

I've ordered from yall 4 times now, and nothing makes my day more than receiving it in the mail for my children. Because it causes their faces to light up. We all enjoy looking at the star map and finding their stars and then turning our attention to the solar system to try and find them with our telescope.

Came so quick. Was easy to do! There is a map and a nice certificate with coordinates on it. Love the fact that I have some peace knowing I can look up and know that there is a star named after my dad. I have no where to go cause his ashes were put in the ocean without me there! Lovely memory gift
We ordered this for the kids to give them from their Nanny who sadly passed away. They have absolutely loved it, we were able to use the map provided and our SkyView app to locate the nearest visible star to ours and it made the kids (and us!) so happy.

On the website it said “order today and receive before Xmas” but it didn’t come in time. Ended up having to print it on a4 and give it that way without all the cool things like the map it comes with

There are a few ways in which you can view your star! Please navigate to the ‘Star Register App’ tab on our website, then input your unique star reference ID (which can be found on your certificate and in your confirmation email as your invoice number). This will take you straight to the image of your star. Similarly, you can view your star using your star ID via our free ‘Find My Star’ smartphone app, which is available to download for both Apple and Android devices.
