The certificate was beautiful..but
The certificate was beautiful, and so was the map. But I was confused by the fact that it says it's i think 8×10 but it didnt fit the 8x10 pic frame I got. Normally id say oh well and get another picture frame. But this was a very expensive antique frame and I was kind of upset. Over all I would rate this and honest 8.5 out of 10.

BEST GIFT EVER & BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We named a bright star for our daughter for her birthday! The gift set is beautiful, but apparently my ex when placing the order well he got some things wrong. After about 60 seconds on chat, the agent had corrected the incorrect items and reordered the deed and the map for me! I had been terrified all day that we couldn't fix these mistakes and in one minute Rubee has saved the day! Now the birthday gift will be perfect!!

I’m very happy! I got the star for my 12 year old niece and she was thrilled! Perfect gift for a difficult age! The star map included is great as she wanted to look immediately in a telescope to find her star. The package came very quickly and was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this as a gift for any hard to buy for person!

The certificate included in your star package will show the coordinates of the star and the constellation in which this is located, however you can opt to add a star map to your package which will include a visual map of the sky pinpointing the location of your star. Beware of certificates vs package
Hello - I ordered three certificates and maps for my designated star in honour of a friend who passed. I was disappointed to not receive three separate packages, but only copies of the deed and map. The packages were for various members of her family. For the additional price, it would be expected to have three full packages. Also, the one folder I received had the glue coming off in the bottom so it looked shabby. A less than satisfying experience.

Happy Grandkids
When my wife passed last September we told the grandkids that she is now a star in the night sky looking down on them. They both now have a star each that they named after their Nanny. With the star map that came with the paperwork they can, on a clear night, actually see their Nanny. Brilliant idea. Well worth it to see the smiles on their faces.❤

Received my star in my 5x5 mail box, folded in half when the labeling clearly said “Do Not Bend”.
Went to use the app to see my star and was asked to purchase a PDF version - I bought it and it doesn’t even let me access the map. Waste of money.

My star register for my granddaughter arrived to day beautifully packed and everything about it was so impressive. I loved it this is the 2nd star registered I have order for my grandkids over the years. I am never disappointed.

Extremely Impressed, brought tears to my mother's eyes as I named the star after her deceased mother.
The package I received was amazing! It contained everything needed to understand the star signs, a little bit about astronomy, where clusters and constellation are located on a map, a thank you for purchasing with clear instructions on how to view your start and a beautiful certificate/ deed that is definitely worth framing. You're able to view your star at any time with a simple process that is very simple and efficient.
