Arrived late but well received
My order was late but when it did arrive it was the perfect belated Christmas gift. My dad absolutely loved it! I was disappointed that the star I bought can't be seen from his house but the star map, app, and website helped him see it without a telescope.

Super easy and sentimental
Easy to use the website and I received my package within a week of ordering, which is incredible especially considering it was during the holiday season! The recipient hasn’t opened it up yet (it’s a Christmas gift), but I’m sure she’s going to love it. Also the package came with a lot of good information and a great map showing where the star is located and what’s around it!!

Hi Kathryn!
How do I view my star?
There are a few ways in which you can view your star! If you would like to try searching for it manually with a telescope, please use the coordinates of your star provided on your certificate.
Alternatively, you can view your star online via our website at any time. Please navigate to the ‘Star Register App’ tab on our website, then input your unique star reference ID (which can be found on your certificate and in your confirmation email as your invoice number) this will take you straight to the image of your star. The search bar is extremely sensitive - if there is anything outside of the digits in your unique star ID, such as a space, it will show as ‘star not found’. There is also an option to view your star using Nasa View and Google Sky here - simply use the ‘View’ drop down box in the top left hand corner to choose how you wish to view your star.
Similarly, you can view your star using your star ID via our free app ‘Find My Star’, which is available to download for both Apple and Android. There is a link to download this at the bottom of our homepage on our website!

I bought this Name a Star to…
I bought this Name a Star to commemorate the life of my partner who recently passed away. The whole process was very easy and quick and the leaflets in the pack explain everything on how to locate your star, the meaning of the constellations and a star atlas is included. The certificate is beautiful 💖. I also purchased the Star Map (I would recommend doing this as it goes well with the certificate). The whole pack was beautifully presented and I'm not going to lie, I did have a few tears as I was so happy with it. It's given me great comfort in a sad time and I am really happy to have done this. Excellent service, thank you so much 💖🙏

Amazing
Recieved my star a few days ago was amazing my start was named after my baby whom passed away at birth. It's so lovely you get a lovely a4 certificate with all your information you put in at the order the presentation box is also really nice lots of information within it a map to show you where your star is within the different constellations. It is worth the money and some you can also download the app and can look at your star before the package arrives just add in your number.

I was impressed with the product however I do wish it included a better map of the specific star that is my named one. I would like for my Aunt to look into the sky and see her deceased sons named star when she looks. Then that would be incredibly awesome.
