My experience was fantastic. My grandson was "over the moon" (pardon the phrase). His mother recorded him opening his parcel. I don't think I have ever seen him so excited. He kept saying " I have a star named after me, I have a star named after me". I framed the certificate and he picked out a location for it to be hung.
For my second order, I made an error & did not order a star map. When I called,(I had to call twice). I was received by an extraordinary gentleman who helped me around my error. i received an entirely complete package! Now that is amazing service. I can't say enough about the two gentlemen that helped me & how very quickly I received my packages.

My original review is below. After speaking with Ryan via email, I feel confident that my main issue (voice-mail box full) has been rectified with a new phone line system to better serve customers. I did receive my star registry package and am very happy with the quality and specifically with how clear the map is to locate my star. Thank you for rectifying my issue and I will encourage anyone interested in astrology to use this beautiful service! I have changed my review from a 1 to a 5 because I value a company that will listen to complaints and do whatever they can to solve the issue. That was definitely done here. Thank you!!

I was not provided with a tracking number for my package. I called customer service as I received an email saying my package should have arrived and it hasn't. The mailbox is full on the customer service number. This is completely unacceptable and should not happen. I will never support this business again.

Five stars for excellence. I purchased an extra bright star in the constellation Phoenix. I ordered extra copies of the star map as well. Although I paid for expedited shipping and it was delayed, they refunded me the cost of shipping. Excellent customer service. I would purchase another star from them in the future.

To remember the anniversary of my miscarriage, I used this service to name a star after my little one. The service was quick and easy to use, with fast delivery, and I am so pleased with the star name deed I received! It came in a black case, so very secure, along with a file containing a letter about the star name registry, a map so that I could find my star, information about stars, constellations, and the universe. I also chose for my star deed to be framed, so it came in a beautiful brown/glass frame, which takes pride of place on my bookshelves. I would honestly and whole-heartedly recommend the Star Name Registry to anyone looking to name a star for themselves or after anyone they've loved and/or lost. The price is fair, and I definitely feel that it's a beautiful way to remember someone by, or to honour someone you love. Five stars all in all to this Star Name Registry, and I'm so glad I used their service!

This is the third star I've named with the Star Registry - One for my father, one for my father-in-law, and now a bright star for my great niece's first birthday present.
With my latest star order I decided to add a star map, and someone on the staff was extremely helpful in getting that added to the order before it was shipped out. She even made it a complementary gift to my niece!
It's a true feel-good experience to name a star after a loved one, a gift that goes on forever. Literally.

Thank you for providing a way for those mourning the earthly loss of a loved one to find some peace.
I thought of this idea when a special friend of mine was struggling over the loss of his daughter .
It made him very sad to think his daughter would be forgotten.
With the purchase of a star, my friend was able to take great comfort in knowing that his daughter would live on forever, here on earth - all anyone needs to do is - look up.
He may not always be able to distinguish where Leanne’s star is, but just seeing the stars reminds him and those he shared this experience with, that Leanne’s star will shine brightly for all eternity! Never to be forgotten!

A small suggestion- the reason I did not give you a 5 star rating was due to the extra charges for the map etc. My suggestion is - use one price that includes everything. When people are dealing with grief it adds even more pain to their grief when everything seems to be about money, and how much money people can make off of their grief. Please consider this suggestion.

Saturday evening I ordered a star name for colleagues on the National Shielding Support Programme. The pack website didn’t register my email delivery request (there are issues with the web interface with IOS devices) and packs arrived on Monday in time for the on-line conference. Well presented certificate, constellation map and location information. I took up the offer of a second star at half price - beware that the pricing isn’t transparent. The discount is for the base price of the basic star, bot the total price of a selected star location. I queried this and have asked for it to be more explicit for customers. Overall excellent service, rapid delivery in time to show surprised and delighted colleagues!

Fantastic present, I paid (4.99) for the extra deed which I would highly recommend. The Star Name Registry lost a point due to the quality of the rest of the pack. I'm just not convinced the rest of the pack (consisting of a cheap wooden frame, presentation box and the Sky Atlas map) are good value for the extra £30.
Especially the Star Map (extra at £6.99) was a simple photocopy on an A4 sheet of paper. Mind you, you need to buy The Star Map if you want the loved one to have a visual of where their Star is, but at near £7 it was a bit of a rip off. It could have been printed on high glossy paper to make you feel as though you get more value for your money.

My grandsons will be so excited for a star with their name and the map of the where to find their ⭐️ greatest gift idea

Certificate quality is very good but star map could be better especially if buyers are unfamiliar with night sky/constellations.

I just want to be able to use my phone and sky map to find the star or at least the area of sky it's in

This was a beautiful gift and meaningful. It was from my kids to their Grandpa and it is something they will always share. We loved the star map and the coordinates so you look up your own star.

The gift set, comes with the Star deed in a wood frame, confirmation letter, the star atlas map and they have an app you can locate your star on! It's a great present! Very happy!

Choosing your options for your star is fairly easy to navigate, the only thing that confused me was the option to add a ‘star map’ as I read it already included one but it is a separate option to purchase a different star map. The basic option comes neatly packaged in a card envelope. I paid extra to have the star on a constellation of my choice and feel it’s worth it just to make it an extra special gift. Delivery was quick and all details are correct on the certificate. I would purchase another star as a gift again.

They were superb! I ordered the star on Saturday for a special friend who’s father just passed away. The shipping was extremely fast, and he loved it. I love how they even give you a map to show you where in the star is. It’s a great gift and this is a great company to buy from!
