Star Name Registry Reviews

Bought this as a gift for my granddaughter in memory of her grandad who passed away in November. She was emotional but loved the gift, it took her a while to pick a name for her star but once she did the registration was easy and the package was delivered very quickly and she is extremely pleased with the package it is very professional and as you can go online to see the location of your star as well as having a map in the pack that you receive is a great bonus overall very satisfied with Star Name Registry a lovely gift well received Thank you

Plenty of choice as to where your chosen star is located and its brightness. The pack also gives interesting information about the heavens and the optional star map gives its' position in your chosen constellation.
Selection tin and star registration pack were delivered promptly.

I bought this for my granddaughter after my husband passed away, she is only 2 and a half and I thought it would be a lovely way for her to remember her grumps. The deed and frame are beautifully presented and the star map is a great idea.
I am very happy with both the product and the service from star name registry. I think this is a lovely way to keep my husband’s memory alive.
Thank you

The site was very easy to use and the customer support was great. You can also choose to buy a star map to find your start which was very helpful and detailed.

I thought most of the quality was very well done except the star map that I paid 10$ extra for I thought it could look a little bit less cheap looking in comparison to the rest of the documents.

This is such a beautiful gift to give. I had to email to get some information and Meredith replied so quickly and provided all the information I needed. A couple of days later on received the email copy of the certificate and map etc. I deleted it instead of forwarding it and the person it was for was already there waiting. I emailed Meredith and asked if it was possible to have it resent and pretty much ASAP. Meredith replied within minutes and had resent the email. That’s when you know a company has good customer service and great customer service operators. When they provide the same level of service after they have been paid as they did before they were paid. Thank you Meredith. Really appreciate it. Susan

We just lost dad to covid and it was also my husbands birthday so I wanted to get him something to celebrate his birthday but to also something to treasure the memories of his parents. My only complaint is the star map as our stars could be absolutely anywhere they are not shown exactly where they are, only a rough guide.

Made an initial mistake of not ordering a star map. Contacted customer service as soon as I realised and they responded very quickly. We corrected my order and it was processed and documents sent within 48 hours. Fantastic service and great communication

Everything looks really nice and the map is great to actually see where the star is, I’m gonna have to buy a telescope now.

Documentation was delivered very quickly. Delighted with frame certificate star map etc

Package came bent and was missing the map with my star on it. Very dissatisfied.

Just Excellent!! 🌟
Ordered a star as a gift.
Order placed on Thursday, gift pack received on Saturday - extremely prompt.

Very good value for money.
Cannot fault this Company one bit!

I named a star after my little boy and she showing him his map, he got super exited to think he was on the sky! Communications been great, delivery within two days and gift packages beautifully!

The perfect and most special gift, thank you.

Arrived next day after ordering, so extremely quick, all details correct, with plenty of information and a map of where the star I'd purchased was, really pleased, the star was a gift for my daughters 30th birthday, who was absolutely thrilled with her gift, thankyou, great service 🙂

I received my name a star as a Christmas gift. It was easy to find the website and I was very pleased with the certificate and instructions and map so that I could find the star I named for my mum. Thank you

I was looking for something meaningful to honour the 100th anniversary of my mother’s birth. Something to last for all of eternity. This fit the bill. Many family members thought it was super cool. I love that it comes with a map to help locate the star and the deed certificate is lovely. Quick service and interaction.
Thank you for your service.

I ORDERED A MAP ON JAN 8TH AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED AFTER 9 DAYS.

I made it so they picked my binary star at random and it's really neat to learn about the star they picked. The package came very detailed and very nice looking. I find this so fascinating and will soon be looking for me and my son's binary star in the sky with the map and info the package came with. The only thing I wish was that the certificate came framed or at least in somthing that is similar to that idea. Very pleased!

Very pleased with Star Name Registry, I ordered two, wanted something a little bit different as a keepsake for two of my grandchildren's 18th birthday's this year, the name a star was just the sort of thing I was looking for, because it's always going to be there will not be something to get broken either, very pleased with the certificate of authenticity and the map of the star's location. would definitely recommend.
