Top notch quality, steady product

As a parents we always choose safety for our children or baby. My baby have so many products from there and every product i am using from last 2+ year everything is like before. Good quality, steady product, everything is top notch anyone can buy without any second thoughts

Bath tub and accessories

1 Star — Pathetic service | Missing parts not sent even after month
1. Late delivery: Ordered on. Took 1 full month to deliver.
2. Missing product: Package arrived with parts missing. Could not install the bed guard.
3. No resolution: Called customer care on to send the remaining parts. They promised to dispatch. It's now been 3+ weeks - no dispatch, no tracking ID, no update despite multiple follow-ups.

The most third class brand I have ever…

The most third class brand I have ever met. I ordered electric breast pump with in 3months product is not working anymore. Then they told me to courier the product Again I spent money on courier after receiving the product they are denying that they didn't receive it. After sharing reciving details then they accept it. Now it's been more a month they are not showing any interest. All my money wasted.
My warranty period is there but most disgusting people are there they are not giving any proper solution only saying by today tomorrow.

Product missing

I ordered 3 products they send 2. They did not bother to in form me and did not pick up my calls. Then some how I was able to get in touch and ask about the missing product they told me the product is out of stock and they will refund my money. Now let us see how much time and followups they take for the refund.

The WORST Customer Service

Never Trust their Customer Service
Don’t ever buy it from them

I order a bed rail guard for my son in the beginning of March 2026 which I received after 27 days and they missed some parts of my order in the package which then they told me they’d send it again which I’m still waiting with no updates nothing.

I even asked them to cancel the whole thing but they said there will be only partial refund!

For real?????? They made the mistake and they wanna charge it from the customer!
The most appalling customer service
I hope I never have to cross bath with this kinna company
