Staffs approach is good

Staranddaisy products are unique that's why i bought from this baby swing car...
Their approach with customer is really happy for me especially (Priyanka) she is very active and friendly to approach with me and she helped to solve the issues and my doubts also....
She is quite active to take actions in customer queries....

38CM Microfiber Mop Pads

I ordered a product from Star And Daisy, but 4 mop pads were missing from my package, which made me very unsatisfied with my order.

When I contacted customer support, Support Ma’am — Mamta Sain assisted me. She was polite and responded quickly. She apologized for the inconvenience and arranged to send the missing mop pads. She explained the process and assured me that tracking details would be shared soon.

Although I was unhappy initially due to the missing items, I appreciate how Support Ma’am Mamta Sain handled my concern professionally and tried to resolve it.

I had ordered a high chair and the side…

I had ordered a high chair and the side button wasn't functioning properly. Then the customer support team got connected with me. Ms Deepika helped me resolve the issue very fast and accurately on whatsapp. Very satisfied with the team . thank you:)
