Waste of money for a Frappe

Normally go to Costa Coffee but other half wanted to try Starbucks, she has decaf cappacino, I ordered a Caramel Cream Frappe, Cappacino was ok but the Frappe, well it was more like a slush drink, felt like I was drinking crushed ice with very little flavour. Hardly any taste of caramel, very poor, waste of money, at least Costa Frappes are nice and smooth, definately wont be going again and sticking to Costa. Was only 1 other customer in the Starbucks, so that is very telling to me.

Terrible Coffee & rude people

Asked for a cappuccino got a latte , so I asked to change it. Rolled eyes at me and huffed.
When I tasted it , it was burnt tasting - so I told them , they gave another , even more burnt and bitter than the first , asked to change again , this time just gave me hot milk , all the while eye rolling and huffing.
The croissant was so hard and stale it was ridiculous!
And to top it off , they didn’t add the stars to my app - which they do regularly 80% of all transactions they don’t add stars. Customer service in fairness do add them when you contact them but take on average seven days to do so.
When I asked about why this is happening the ignore the question.

Adlington Starbucks

Adlington Starbucks. I Clearly told cashier I was staying in ie wanted a proper cup. Coffee arrives in take out cup so pointed it out and admittedly assistant said sorry but then just poured the contents of the take out cup into a proper mug, heated a bit more milk and put a few more sprinkles on. Is it me????

Starbucks Llansamlet

Went to Starbucks in Llansamlet drive through on Thursday March 12th for 3 items. One unfortunately was incorrect and I couldn't go back there because of time constraints. Went back this morning, Staff were super professional and the Manager Jess outstanding. Everything was sorted with politeness and total care for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if possible.,😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Going downhill fast!

After being a customer for over 20 years in North America and the UK especially when the price of a cup of coffee has now in some cases got to £5-6 in London, but closing toilets an hour and half before the shop closes, very hard to get electrical sockets that work, and as for the staff some are great, some can go work elsewhere if you continue to want repeat business from me!

Plymouth, unreadable menu

Drive through, completely unable to read the text because the print was so small and so far from where we were sitting in the car. I ordered something which I thought was the chicken wrap but it turned out to have bacon in it so I couldn’t eat it it had to be discarded. Really frustrated and such a waste of money I won’t go there again because I don’t know what I’m buying.

Cold

It was like walking into a refrigator, and it remained cold throughout, i ordered tea, and someone came to clear my table, and took my tea also. She must have felt it was still hot.

Disorganised

Disorganised. Half served us food and drinks then served drive through.
Ate our sandwich and had to ask for one of the drinks. Also cinnamon swirl looked good but very dry no creamy stuff on top either. Poor and expensive for what we got.
Woman serving could have said something but was hard work and miserable 😕 hope she washed her hands after the smoke she had outside too.

I’ve just left Starbucks A64 York a negative experience review, apathetic staff and dirty tables. That was before I used the loo 😱 only one toilet plus accessible toilet. Looked like someone had peed down the side of the loo and left a puddle, not flushed, two empty loo rolls. I’m right off Starbucks, won’t be using them again 🤮

Rip off liars

Ordered venti latte with hazelnut syrup. Paid £6.20 (!).
Instead of 650ml of drink (590ml latte + 60ml 4 pumps of syrup) I got 469ml (including cup). That’s nearly a whole short drink missing! Their greed is beyond comprehension!

JAY best employee👌☕️

I was in Starbucks st Enoch centre ‘Glasgow’ I had the pleasure of being served by a young boy JAY !!! He was the most lovely well mannered helpful worker. I have come across in a long time. I saw him help a few other customers with babies etc to a table. Carrying their coffee over.
Jay Thankyou again son. I want your bosses to recognise you & to see what a fantastic employee they have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keighley store

Keighley store. Waited 15 mins to be served whilst all 3 staff members either served at the drive through or the Deliveroo type folk. We were totally ignored. Left the store and went through the drive through. All elements of our order were wrong, ie latte instead of mocha, wrong hot chocolate. Did not have the time to complain or get it changed. Utter waste of time.

Disappointing price rises – long-standing customer lost

I’ve used Starbucks almost daily for years. I spend a lot of time on the road across the country, usually using the drive-thru, but I’ll also drink in if I need to take a call or work for a short while. At weekends, my wife and I often stop for a morning coffee with the kids too.

Unfortunately, it’s now become far too expensive. Yesterday I was charged £4.20 for a small Americano in Bridgwater of all places – not exactly a major city. If my wife and I both have a drink, we’re now looking at over £11 for two coffees, which just feels excessive.

Like others at my workplace have already suggested, McDonald’s and Greggs will now be the go-to. I can still get free drinks through loyalty schemes at literally less than half the price.

Starbucks, you got away with the previous 50p increase, but this latest one has pushed it too far. You’ve just lost a long-standing, regular customer.

Swindon Barnfield -slow slow sow

Swindon Barnfield. Surely the whole point of ordering via the mobile app is so you can speed things up? 16 mins from ordering to receiving (10 mins waiting in store). Tepid lattes by then as they had been made but the toastie forgotten about. No apparent ownership of each order. No apologies.

1st and last visit ever

£6.20 for a large coffee which actually fits in a £5.10 small cup
Coffee Luke warm
Can't pay cash only take card payment
Staff smoking I front of building
Expensive coffee served in a paper cup
Understand now why every time I see a Starbucks it's empty!
Was staying in the hotel opposite should have been a daily visitor for the week but got a better experience with a different company down the road at a cheaper cup

Starbucks - Northwich - Don't bother

Starbucks - Northwich. First of all, small cappucino and hot chocolate over 4 pounds each. Really? Secondly, drinks took 15 minutes and were just left to languish on the counter in takeaway cups, no calling of a name (no name even taken) or explanation that they had run out of small cups. For that price and drinking in, I want crockery. Why not put small drinks in large cups. Its not rocket science. Sullen frosty service. Never again.
