I purchased 4 of these lights as a tester because if they were as the advertising says I would get another 20 but sadly the 4 I received sort of worked one was okay two were very dim and didn’t get any better after a few days in beautiful sunlight and one has never worked now two months on none work at all - I have changed the rechargeable batteries but still don’t work.
Please don’t waste your money on this load of junk.

I think the last review says it all. We paid for this light 20 days ago The company took our order and we have heard nothing since. No reply to emails. No response when telephoned. No light. We are now going to raise a dispute with PayPal. Any further advise would be appreciated. It would be interesting to know how many people are in this position with Starburst -light !!!!

Now in liquidation still taking money with no intention of sending orders . Police and trading standards have now been contacted

I am very pleased with the lights they did arrive separately but I did get them before Christmas, so I am pleased.

Be careful before ordering. Here are the downsides: no one will answer a phone - ever. They will answer an email but it can take 7 days. They do not have 24hr technical support. They advertise 3-5days delivery using a 24 hour courier. It will be three weeks and the courier will make mistakes. The positives: they apologise for lack of customer support and will likely offer you some cash back. The product is ok - but they don’t dim, so be careful in terms of how much light you want. Given lack of customer care your main issue will be if things are damaged etc - that would have been a nightmare. Would I buy again - absolutely not - just too stressful and totally unprofessional

Product excellent , i bit expensive but exactly what we were looking for and expecting . As pointed out by many others communications are very poor , gave up trying to call as no answer or message service , e-mails answered after 2/3 days .

Product is great but service was mediocre. Website says next day delivery but in reality the delivery took almost 3 weeks, 3 lights arrived in 3 separate deliveries and communication from the company was poor until prompted to find out where mu lights were. These lights are made in China so supply chain delays might have something to do with it but you should not advertise next day delivery unless you can meet this promise.

Beautiful Light, we purchased the 30 and 40 to sit side by side and wow they are gorgeous, delivery was fast and highly recommend the lights! Stunning

No communication whatsoever. Don’t answer the phone ever, no option to call back or leave a message. Don’t reply to emails. Order arrived after a week with no protection in the box so it was damaged and needs to go back.

Will have to raise a dispute with credit card company.

Great looking light, easy installation and no
Issues so far. Communication from starlite wasn’t great and couldn’t get through to the help desk to ask on an expected delivery. After two weeks of waiting I received a message from the courier saying the package was being delivered that same day. Would have given 5 stars has communication been better

I bought 3 in different sizes and they are lovely. However they are EXTREMELY bright and I’m waiting on an electrician to come and modify them so that they’ll respond to a dimmer stitch. On rereading the information from Starburst, it states that 80% of customers choose to do this, so I wonder why Starburst don’t provide the lights with this facility already inbuilt?

Haven’t put it up yet but it looks fantastic.

Stunning lights which I am delighted with but lack of communication left me feeling frustrated once I placed the order. A full phone box that made me nervous and inconsistent replies to emails. Delivery only took a week, so just sort out your admin!!

Love my new light fitting, it beautiful! Communication regarding my order lacked slightly but they are very easy to contact, I just called the number and got an answer straight away. Would definitely buy again.
