I am literally on the brink of going…

I am literally on the brink of going elsewhere, I've used star car's for year's and spent a small fortune with this company, not me alone but many of my friends and family have noticed many new driver's with negative and unfriendly attitudes when being picked up,,,star cars is starting to go down the pan,,the management need to get a grip on who it is employing driving it's car's,

I have brought vauxhull zafira i was…

I have brought vauxhull zafira i was told this is none fault car , they service last week , every thing was lie since then in 4 weeks i have been visited 4 different garages to fix my car , water pum , timing belt , head gass kitt and full service .I mean i don't recommend anyone to buy a car from star cars London.

Left at the Airport at 03:00am with children

Booked a return mini bus taxi to Birmingham Airport. great service to the Airport, but the small car was sent to us for the return trip.
We had to get an UBER as well as the car from Starcars. We had two young children (6&8) at 3 O`Clock in the morning. The controller on the phone said she did not have another car even though we booked and paid for both journies 2 weeks before we left. Do not use!

Booked taxi for dog carrier as my dog…

Booked taxi for dog carrier as my dog was very ill to get me to vets called at 6pm as appointment was at 6.40pm I live 5 minutes drive from taxi rank and vets is only 8 minutes drive away however when I called to book taxi was told they would send taxi ASAP waited 15 minutes and still no driver went on tracking text was still looking for driver this is disappointing star cars you have let me down I always use your service but when I informed the operator the dog was ill and needed to get to vets put on hold for 8 minutes then told a driver is on the way just to be lied too customers dogs are family

Disgusting service

We have been using star cars now for about 7 years when we are over that area that they cover and had always found them to be a good company. The cars were clean and they usually arrive quickly and the drivers pleasant.
But last week my husband had a terrible time with a driver whilst coming home from a shopping trip.
Whilst in the supermarket my husband who is already recovering from 3 major surgeries and faces more had an accident instore as he slipped on some spilt liquid knocking himself out and around that time just before he slipped he had noticed some suspicious kids, who it turns out was right to be suspicious as , as my husband was leaving the store he found out that his card had gone and the back of his jacket had been sprayed with paint, a tag sign to rob someone and an old trick. So as he had finished the shopping and not feeling too good and finding his card had gone, the staff were great instore. My husband called a taxi as we are a distance away from home.
But when the car came my husband explained that he had lost his card instore and that he needed to go home and get my card and then he can pay his fare home. Unfortunately the taxi driver was not at all helpful and told my husband he did not believe him and had stopped the car on a major dual carriageway telling him to get out. My husband refused and eventually he did as my husband asked to drop him home, collected my card and then paid the driver
We wrote a complaint to star cars but upto writing this review we have not heard from them there has been no response at all.
We are disgusted the way my husband was treated in this situation, there was no apology either from this rude and unhelpful driver.
It really doesn't look professional and doesn't make us want to use this company again when next in that area.
So for the 1st time in 7 years, its sad that we are having to give this review just one star. Which is because not only did we have an unhelpful and rude driver but the fact that the company had not replied to our complaint either.so there is no customer service from management either. Its disgraceful.

Excellent customer services

I used this company for the first time. The receptionist she was very polite and really pleasent on the phone. She answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. I never got her name wish i had now.

We would recommend addressing this issue directly with the correct minicab company and sharing your experience to ensure they are aware of the situation. Accurate feedback can help them improve their services, and it might also prevent any misunderstanding in the future. I hope you have better experiences with future minicab services.

Amazing right from the start to the end

amazing service friendly people. Star Cars puts their customers first right from the pick up to the drop off. I had a lot of shopping and they helped me carry it to my house. Honestly couldn't recommend anymore.
