Not even worth one star
Scam - message never received now trying to get my money back

Only got one star because I can not give you zero.

Ordered on 15th May in time for my birthday on 5th June.

Ignore the 7day turn around time within their terms and conditions because they do not abide by them. Sought a refund through several emails which are simply ignored. Raised a request for refund through PayPal. What a scam

Same as many other reviews.

No video, no explanation and no replies.

Had to go via dispute with PayPal.

Don’t waste your time or money on this scam.

Took £55 and never sent the video - don't be fooled!!

Not had a video or any update

Had a slight problem with the initial video and it having to be re-done, BUT Wagner getting the first video done on the night of Christmas eve, when I had only just ordered it, was really appreciated and deserves max points. Legend!

Excellent communication from Jordan resulting in a successful and brilliant video message from Bez over the busy Xmas period. Many thanks to both Jordan and Bez. It made our day 😁

I had a personalised Christmas message recorded for my hubby by Bez from the Happy Mondays. It was done quickly and was a really fun pressie that my husband loved, got a lot of positive comments on social media, too. The first link I was sent skipped a few seconds, however I got in touch with Stardm and they quickly sent me another link that worked perfectly. Definitely would recommend this sort of thing (and this company) to buy a present for the person who has everything they want already. :)
