I brought my rose gold stardust watch nearly 4 years ago, I still use it. When it was brand new it used to stop and start randomly all the time which was irritating, when i went to get the battery changed (when it completely stopped) the man who replaced the battery told me the reason it had kept stopping and starting was because the battery was a cheap one, and the magnet on the strap was interfering with said battery. He proved to be correct too as once it had a proper battery, it stopped doing the stop and start thing and I knew to make sure the magnet never touched the back of my watch as it is magnetic. The strap lost a lot of colour over the years and kept catching on my clothes or coming undone, it eventually fell off yesterday, so today i took it to a watch shop and had the links that held the broken strap taken off and had a leather strap put on it.

I love these watches. Had no problems with them. I'm sad to see that the website is down and probably ceased trading. I've 6 of these and have purchased for friends also. Ever hopefull they come back

Took my order and money 6 months ago. They stole my money and shut their email down. Don’t go near them!

Purchased two watches, the first one I purchased was nice but the colour of the strap faded over time and the watch can stop and start when knocked leading to the time being off. The second watch I ordered never arrived, they took my money and then didn't respond to any emails and the website seems to be gone. I wouldn't be upset about this had they returned the money and stated they were going out of business, they didn't which has led to myself and other customers having to claim our money back through the bank. In short, DO NOT BUY.

I ordered watches from them last year and they were great. My friends liked them so much that I ended up giving them all three watches. So I decided to get myself the green one along with one bracelet. It’s going on two weeks. There’s no shipping information whatsoever and when I went to their website, it’s just gone. It keeps saying that Stardust watches.com is gone for now. What the heck does that mean??? Are they going out of business or have they just absconded with the money? I contacted my bank and they’re disputing the charge so hopefully I will get my money back soon. I am NEVER ordering from Stardust watches again. I would rather buy on Amazon. At least they’re honest.

Ordered twice before....thought they were a reputable company. Guess not. My second order, the watch was broken, did not want a refund, just for them to replace the watch. Send numerous emails, but no response. Email even bounced back to me, as it was not even going through. Maybe they blocked my email not to get emails from me, who knows. I had sent emails before my issue, and never a problem to get through, but funny how when I wanted them to actually rectify an issue, then there is no response. It would have cost them practically nothing to fix the watch. And I was going to order a few more, but after that, they have lost my business. I brought the watch to a repair and for a few bucks, it was fixed. They made a poor decision to lose a good customer over a few bucks. DO NOT order from them; if you have a problem or issue, they don't care and will not respond. I plan on telling everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

Ordered a watch on 31st of December. It’s now the 26th January and no update and no shipping confirmation. I have emailed the company three times and no response. Have requested a refund and no response. Now waiting to dispute this with the bank to get my money bank.

The watch looked prettier on the website than it did in person. It's still a pretty watch.. but..

First, the band. Magnetic bands by nature aren't the best. I like having an exact fit to my wrist, but I have never had one hold all day. To be expected. However, the Stardust's magnet isn't quite as strong as it needed to be and is constantly sliding down. I am constantly refastening it. And it would slip all the way down and be dangling off my wrist with the magnet not even on the band. I had a smartwatch with a magnetic band and though it slipped too, not nearly as much.

It seems like the paint on the band is started wearing off. The paint on the case is scratching off. The band color and the case color seem slightly off. The glass doesn't catch the light as I hoped.

It sparkles though. Especially in the sunlight.

All in all, it's a $25 watch. I got the big one, and the $80 price on the website is a rip off. Of course, I never see them at "full price" they're always on sale for around $25-$30. So they are a inexpensive watch, sold at the price of their worth. I won't call them cheap, and I don't regret the price I paid for it, and I had concerns because every time I looked 6 months prior to buying it, it was always at "hurry, this sale won't last!" point, so it seemed a bit like a fake sale. It's worth $25. Better quality than the $10 crap you get on Ebay, but most certainly not worth the $80 price tag they claim it's worth.

I end up generally passing it by when picking a casual watch (the big case makes it casual for me) for my Skagen Falster 3, mostly because the Falster will stay on (it has a clasp on a mesh band) and most of the time I don't feel like fiddling with the Stardust every 5 minutes to keep it on my wrist.

Lasts for a few months, then the hands stop working. Looks pretty.

Note to company: I have already contacted your customer service, and you told me you only offer refunds for defects within the first 30 days.

Am I like the only one who got some pretty packaging for the stardust watches individual boxes plus one extra. So far I like them ..I paid like 80 bucks for 3 and some bracelets wich are absolutely gorgeous. I will be wearing one tomorrow two see what's the fuss about the paint fading away... I only have one ??? Are they waterproof? And I will post review in a few days to see if any of them fade .I feel I paid to much it turned my hand green and the bracelet fade the gold I mean is beautiful packaging but other then that materia on risk sucks don't waist ur money dont buy I feel I paid to much for them

The watches are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! However, I bought 2 of them. One for myself, and 1 as a gift. NEITHER of them can keep the time. At first, I thought it was just me until my friend that I gifted the other to said hers doesn’t keep time and just starts and stops when it wants. It’s a little annoying having to reset the watch every day to the correct time, but they’re pretty.

The watch takes so long to arrive. Like a month or 2. And it looks so cheap. It doesn't have a box. Just in small plastic with a small styrofoam. Don't be fooled by the advertising or positive reviews.

I love these watches. The are beautiful and of a great quality. I have a purple Stardust and a pink/black SummerDust. I love them. The watches were packaged with a lot of care. They took about a month to arrive. They stay on my wrist and are easy to adjust...I love the magnetic clasp. They are definitely conversation starters.

I have purchased two watches and they are absolute garbage, starts and stops working when it feels like, not at all what is shown on the website, I would not buy from this company

Cheap price for cheap quality. Pretty watch but hands stop working minutes after taking safety pin off. Can't return so beware.

Took a few weeks to arrive but they always replied promptly when I emailed. The face is smaller than I expected but other than that I'm very happy with my purchase. I ordered the purple one, very pretty and a free bracelet:) Exactly like the photos,easy to set up. Love the strap,never had anything like it before. I would definitely buy again.

Cheap quality..chipped paint on strap and watch face :-( ordered 2 watches black and purple but sadly 1 stopped working and the other paint chipped off after 2 day wear. Do not waste your money

Very pretty watches. I especially like the bands which conform to your wrist so you don't have to have them resized to a smaller size. The customer service ( well, Rachelle ) is wonderful.

Hope they keep good time because I really do like them.
