Loving my Stark Varg for the single track here in East Idaho. Love the maps and regen capabilities of the Stark.
I barely use my brake downhill and cycle through my maps to use the amount of regen I want.
The bike is so neutral and maneuverable too.
Big plus is the Stark customer service crew that has been fantastic to talk to when I have questions or concerns.
So much fun 🤩 thanks Stark for a glorious product.

I waited three years for the bike and it was better than I could ever hope for. The customer service is on another level as well. I’ve had this bike for almost a year and every time I ride it it gets better and better. No gas Bike can even dream of Performing the way this bike does gas bikes are dead

The stark support is by far the best support of any dirtbike company. They are quick to respond and quick to resolve any problems you may have. Stark Future replacement parts are priced at an aftermarket price. Can't say I've ever put oem part$ on my other bikes but i would only put stark parts on my varg. Moto, harescrambles, hard Enduro, and trail riding. The varg is my go to bike. Makes me not want to prep the 450s or my 300. Less wrench time means alot to me. From pulling on 450s on the track or cornfield to chasing my little girl around the yard, the varg has it going on. Can't wait to see what stark future has for us next!!

Amazing, just try it and you'll not be able to go back to regular combustion engine dirt bikes...

Rare innovative company, still in early phase, prioritising customers and engaging individually. Got subframe issue sorted out.

Wonderful company with great product. Of course some small problems as with all new products but the 5 star thing with Stark is the support you get to solve the issues. 5 star service all the way. Keep it up guys!

Always wanted an electric dirtbike that is competitive comparing to ICE bikes. I never got the Alta (company problems), but luckily I now have the Varg! I’ve got a bike from the first batch and there’s been some minor problems (owned it for almost a year now), but you can’t beat an amazing support and two years warranty!
I’ve been riding mainly Ktm‘s and Yamaha’s for 20 years now. The Varg has great suspension and handles amazingly!
Recommend the left hand rear brake! When you get used to it, it will give you another level of control👍
Stark Varg is pure fun and self confidence on two wheels!
Oh, and of course, you have to charge the battery. That doesn’t necessarily mean something negative. Surely you have to plan your riding differently. For me It means better MX training. I have to be more structural.
Typical day at the motocross track will be like this:
Warm-up 15 minutes.
Charging. Training for 25 minutes. Charging. Training for 25 minutes. Charging. Training for 20 minutes.
Enduro: Norwegian gnarly Terrain for about 2 1/2 hour continuously on a full charge.
Remember that this is my experiences, and other riders will get other numbers.
I still wear earplugs, but just because other bikes now are a bit noisy😁
The software updates seem to add more and more range and usability.
Did I mention the amazing support at Stark future?

Excellent warranty. They replaced a bunch of components on my bike when it stopped working fairly quickly and at no cost to me. The Varg is an insane bike. Don’t knock it till you try it. Seriously.

I've had several KTM's since the late 90's (and still do). Reserved a Stark Varg Alpha soon after the announcement. Received 4 months ago. The bike is fantastic. Abundant, plentiful, adjustable power. Top knotch suspension and brakes, good battery range and charging, great ergo's, good software (that will evolve), fantastic to ride! Service department is responsive and follows up! Overall very satisfied with the bike, the company and zero issues with either. Only gripes is it took for ever to get delivered in Colorado and I hate the kickstand! If that's the worst of it for their first bike then they've done very well! Keep up the great work and get that enduro version out!
Haven't ridden my 23 300xc or 23 350xc since I got the Varg!

This bike is unbelievable my only regret is that I didn’t buy two of them. The power is unimaginable the low center of gravity keeps it tracking like it’s on rails. The power is an automatic hole shot. I’ve raced this bike several times it’s an unfair advantage. the suspension set up is better than my KTM or Husky 450. Fit and finish fasteners are superb I’ve never owned anything like this Bike it’s way better than I ever thought it could be.

The only thing better than riding this bike is owning it.
It is amazing to take on the MX track. I simply can't say enough good things about how it performs. But you can find that out on YouTube.
It gets even better when you get it home. Wash it. Oil the chain, push it in the garage and hook up the charger. Done.
So far I've been more than impressed with Stark tech support and service. They've been great to deal with. Even more amazing considering they're a start-up. This makes that 2-year warranty even sweeter because they're actually THERE for you.
2025 Update: I have to amend this after my bike was down for three months out of a 6 month riding season. Support, which had been so good, was now slow to respond, only willing to communicate via e-mail, and then even worse, they were clearly not reading my previous messages as things bounced back and forth.
The motorcycle has been outstanding to ride. When it works. And I've heard Stark say that they have improved their customer support. But until I see it myself, I'm hesitant.
It will be interesting to see how this shakes out. As of today, my bike is no longer under warranty and they've not made the extended warranty available in Canada.

Stark a great yo deal with , I’ve had some small technical issues with the bike and each time they’ve resolved the problem and sent me new parts usually within 2 or 3 days and they were at my door . Great communication and easy to deal with . And the varg is the best bike I’ve ever ridden hands down !!!!!!

This has to be the best dirt bike ever made! With the adjustable maps, it's like being able to instantly switch to vastly different bikes at the push of a button. I can ride around my neighborhood in places I couldn't otherwise since the noise isn't bothering anyone, and I absolutely love how easy it is to maintain. Stark customer support is easy to reach and very responsive, which you won't find with any of their competition.

I ordered my Stark Varg based on the technical data posted on the Stark Future website, and the positive review videos on YouTube. That may have been risky, but I can honestly say now it is the best dirt bike I have ever ridden! My bike is red, with a 19" rear wheel, 60HP, hand brake, and side stand. I dialed in the KYB suspension clickers for a mix of vet moto and single track. I have experimented with several HP and regenerative braking settings, but my favorite is 60HP and 0% regenerative braking for both moto and single track. If I need to conserve the battery on long trail rides I sometimes use 50-100% regenerative braking. Although the bike is somewhat heavy, it feels light and nimble when I ride it, and it turns on a dime. The power delivery is smooth and powerful, and always just the right gear ratio for optimum torque. The handbrake is a game-changer for precise control, and the Brembo brakes are excellent. No manual clutch lever means no stalling. The lack of a shifter and a brake pedal means that my feet are always in the proper position on the footrests; on the balls, toes in, heels down. The Varg is easy and safe to ride fast, inspires confidence, and eliminates armpump. I did experience a few bike issues at first, but the online factory support was excellent and took care of the issues efficiently. Maintenance is quick and easy, it typically consists of just cleaning the bike and lubing the chain. I am retired and ride sometimes 3-4 times per week depending on the weather. As of this review, I have 40 hours on the bike and it performs like brand new, and it still looks good. Love it!
