I asked Wez to look at some designs for our kitchen extension which came back from planning with a huge list of changes after we dropped our last architect. He showed us why the council rejected parts of the design and told us what we needed to change to get them approved, and where we could save money by using different materials for the inside wall and roof. He drew our plans and put them in to the council in a week and we had the letter today to say they've been approved! We'll be using his new business to get what we need for building control. Much more reasonable than the first architect. All round amazing service.
