Shocking Service – Mattress Lost Twice
Ordered a mattress on 01/12 during the Black Friday sales, due for delivery on 03/12. It never arrived. After chasing, I was told there were no couriers to deliver it, then later that the courier had lost it. A replacement was arranged, but unbelievably, that one was lost too.
By 15/12 I was offered either another reorder with the same unreliable courier or a refund. I chose the refund, but the whole experience was a complete waste of time.
Unreliable delivery, poor communication, and zero accountability. I won’t be using this company again.

I do not recommend it.
This mattress is for a person up to 50 kilograms, the springs are very weak, when you sit on it the springs cling to each other and you hear a metallic crunch.
